Dining companion suggests: 'look em in the eye, speak clearly, and get an understanding'. She reminded me last 3x they got it wrong, and she really wanted crumbed, NOT battered this time. Okay says I, happy wife, happy life. 15 mins later, our # called, having enjoyed the salad course, a crisp cool Hawkes Bay sauvignon blanc, we open the wrapping....... YES! Succulent crunchy coated freshness deliciousness MONKFISH fillets. Half a scoop of chips. Ate the smallish bits 1st, all fine. Chips underdone slightly. Largest fish filet COLD in the middle = unacceptable. She suggests we ask to 'please fry another minute or so'. We did. No problem, but I am re rating to 3 stars.
