The leadership of the boardroom and some of their long term members form a clique, and threatened my livelihood by being openly hostile while I was trying to conduct business on numerous occasions. There are things I like about the Boardroom. Facilities are excellent. Ease of use and access are a really great. Ostensibly, people are nice. But since they interfered with my business and I was a paying customer, 1 star or less is appropriate. It is not easy to get work done privately, and sometimes people are so obnoxious it makes one wonder if anyone is actually working, or if they just use the inexpensive office space as an opportunity to pretend they have jobs and businesses, and co-workers. I'm for co-working, but I'm not for businesses taking positions against tenants, and "collaborating" on matters that should be private. I come from work in a professional corporate setting in companies across the United States, and this work environment does not approximate that kind of work environment. The Boardroom is a great co-working space that you can rent space at to work your business at or host presentations. A lot of people with an entrepreneurial spirit that you can get to know and maybe even collaborate with tend to frequent this place. Nice atmosphere and a really cool way to get work done that is more of an "out of the box" type mentality. I like attending the weekly 1 Million Cups presentations and the Start Up Weekend projects that they host. read more
