From the food to the drinks to the service, every single detail is outstanding. On my first visit, I tried the fried green tomatoes, the famous chicken & waffle nachos, and the Bleu Monday burger with sweet potato fries each dish was so good that I found myself planning my return before I even left. Sure enough, the next day I was back and had the ridiculously delicious smoked Gouda shrimp mac, maple bacon Brussels sprouts, fire-roasted tomato soup with grilled cheese, and the chimmied fries. Absolutely phenomenal. The fried green tomatoes have officially become my standard nobody else compares now. The Samurai Jack salad so fresh, flavorful, and unforgettable. The drinks deserve their own spotlight. The Breakfast Club with a Sidecar is a must try, and the Basilto All Flavors series (strawberry, blackberry, blueberry) is out of this world, blueberry was my personal favorite. Creative, refreshing, and perfectly crafted. The RailYard is the kind of place that makes you excited to come back again and again. The vibe is cool, the staff/manager Brad is friendly and attentive, and the food is truly next level. Whether you're a student at Bluefield State or just passing through town, this place is an absolute must. The RailYard sets the bar high for food, drinks, and atmosphere in West Virginia. Worth every single visit and then some.

I live 50 minutes out from here and I had a doctor appointment, I stopped here because I hadn't eaten on the way down and I wanted to try something new. On my way in, the host was nice and sat me at my table, the atmosphere wasn't bad. I was in a quiet corner and it seemed like slow day for them so it felt pretty peaceful to me. I had the Mac n cheese bowl and it was delicious! Very nice and hot and it all tested pretty fresh! It came with three garlic/butter bread and they were lightly toasted on one side and it was perfect. Chad was my waiter and he did a very nice job as well, he checked on me in timely manner that wasn't to much and he was very polite and calm. So I'd definitely say I'm very satisfied with my first experience, and I think it's a nice place to give a try if you hadn't eaten there before. Of course everyone experience will be different and not as good as mine, but this definitely deserves a chance, and if I come down here again I'll definitely come back and eat here! My only "complaint" is that I would've liked more broccoli in my Mac n cheese, but it was so good that it didn't even affect my experience.

Met a friend at 8. For the first hour, the atmosphere was solid. For the second hour, it was okay. For the third hour, it wasn't good. The clientele kept going downhill. It had a bit of a troublemaking vibe. Just letting you know. But you probably already know. This is more for the people coming in from out of town and considering it as an option. If you want a chill vibe, I recommend going during the day or evening.

Since the website…read moreprovided an option to reserve a table and the pictures led me to think it was somewhat like a fine dining restaurant, I was surprised to find a pizzeria with wait staff. We decided to try it anyway maybe the food was really good. Here is what we found. The good - Cannoli was delicious, pizzas were well made and tasted good. The bad - The chairs were sunken in the middle so it felt like you were sitting on the wood of the edges (uncomfortable), many of the calzones listed on the menu are actually strombolis and were merely okay, the pasta dishes tasted like Chef Boyardee boxed or canned heated in a microwave, tea was more like brown water, there is an unmarked step into the bathroom which came close to creating a bad fall, the wait staff was disorganized and bordered on unprofessional (drinks and food came out one or two at a time, some of us were done eating before the others even got their food and the food was not worth the wait), the menu was expansive but not in a good way (too much stuff and none done well), and everything was overpriced. All in, the bill was close to $200 and I could have ordered and enjoyed the same food from a local pizza chain for least than half the price and it would have been tastier.

I explained what happened and the manager seemed to lack basic customer service skills necessary for this situation. She advised to call back at close when the drawer was counted, so I did. She was short and demeaning with me on the phone explaining that the drawer was not over. I explained again what had happened and she asked why I would give the cashier two $20 bills for a $13 order. If she had listen the first two times I explained she would have known it was an accident on my behalf but I was hopeful of the employees trustworthiness that everything would work out. I was treated as incompetent abd a liar after coming to this location for years. I asked for the general manager to contact me, but they are on vacation and won't be back for another week. I understand how this works, it'll be swept under the rug, I won't hear back, and I'm out $20. However, I felt the need to voice my opinion, regardless
