    Ultimately, the blinds themselves are beautiful and really improve the look of the room. No…read morecomplaints with the product. My issue is with what it took to get to the final installation. With the initial call, I made an appointment. No one showed up. Turns out that one of the owners scheduled that appointment for a week later instead of the week in which I'd called. I rescheduled the appointment and that was handled quite professionally by Bob, who was very knowledgeable about the product and the business and was a pleasure to work with. He took measurements and ordered the blinds we chose. Per Bob's instructions, I called the company a week later to get the status of my order. I spoke with one of the owners who told me then that the blinds would be shipped at the end of the month (which would have been a week later). I was told that they would call to schedule the installation once the order was received. Fast forward to two weeks later, which was the first week of the next month.I hadn't received a call so I called again and spoke with the same owner. I was told that the blinds "had been shipped...and were somewhere in Georgia". This was on a Friday. The owner said they would call the next day after talking to the installer. I heard nothing. I called a week later on a Saturday and was told that the blinds wouldn't be shipped until the end of THAT month. The explanation had to do with tariffs against Mexico, which were also impacting other customers' orders. Now, if that was the excuse I was given the week before, I might have been fine with that because stuff happens. But how could it be that the blinds were "somewhere in Georgia" one week but still hadn't be shipped due to "tariffs" the next week? If I had not already paid 70% of the balance, I would have cancelled the entire order and gone with another company. 3 days later, Bob was back to install the blinds (Yay!). Guess what? They were 3" short in length. So, Bob reordered them and put a "rush" on it. The new ones were shipped about a week later and on the last day of the month, the other owner came by and personally installed the new set. There were sincere apologies about entering the incorrect length in the system and I accepted that because mistakes happen. So it took 6 weeks, but we DO have some beautiful blinds. Your product is great. My suggestion is to do a better job with how you communicate with customers. The whole "been shipped and in GA" vs "not shipped due to tariffs" sounded liked the company was lying to me, which was completely unnecessary. Additionally, I shouldn't have had to call as often as I did (about 7 times). If you're providing a service or products to someone and there will be delays, it's YOUR responsibility to let your customers know what's going on...truthfully. I was annoyed with having to chase you down after I'd already paid a deposit.

    Great first visit. Then trouble getting measurements. After weeks of waiting (7 weeks), and…read moreinnumerable phone calls, 90% of I had to initiate, I finally had an install date only for the installer to call me himself and say "not going to work". Finally have them installed. They are very nice. However looking at them after all the trouble causes bile to come to my throat. Apologies given but then no follow up phone call. Pretty disgusted. Go elsewhere to avoid the run around. Part two of my renovations will be done by someone else. They ask for a very substantial deposit upfront (70%). Once they have that much money, they begin jerking you around.
