The entire front area was still dusty, as if it hadn't been wiped at all. The vacuuming was also not up to standard -- there were still a lot of small stones and debris (the little grit from the floor) left behind, which made it feel like the vacuum either wasn't working properly or wasn't used thoroughly. For almost $40 with tip, you expect a much better and more detailed clean. It's always sad when a business you like doesn't maintain the same standard of service. I got a deal for 3 car washes from Groupon so decided to try them out. Trying to get them on the…read morephone or to return a call for the first wash wasn't easy. Once they finally did schedule a wash they did a pretty good job. The second wash was also a mission to schedule an appointment...which they cancelled about 30 minutes before the scheduled time...also a problem to reschedule. I was not able to get a return call for more than a week of trying to reach someone to schedule my 3rd and final wash. I ended up getting a credit from Groupon for the 3rd wash. I will not ever use them again....even if I wanted to I don't think I could ever get someone on the phone or to return a call.
