She was in twelve places at once grabbing gowns for me and my dressing room neighbor, fixing things and arranging dresses and making sure her brides felt seen and heard and special. She is a TREASURE. She must have burned 1,000 calories over the course of my own hour appointment. And she never stopped smiling or saying just the exact right things. The selection of dresses was nice, it seems like they really have something for everyone and every style, and very size inclusive. One thing that was less than great was it seems like the corporate/management side of David's bridal pushes their stylists to sign all the brides up for some rewards program. I was 100% not interested but I understood it was something she was told she had to do. It kind of took me out of my magical moment to be honest, and frankly Ms. Earline does not have time for this!! The young lady ringing us up literally walked away in the middle of ringing us up, and the manager had to come take over. Not sure if she was frustrated or what, but that's unacceptable customer service. We thought everything was finally squared away... NOPE! A month later, I get a call saying my dress was ready for pickup. Do you think they ordered the right one? Of course not! They ordered the first bridesmaid's dress style for everyone. I live an hour and a half away and have now had to make 2 completely unnecessary trips. To make things worse, my original dress was supposed to have 4 extra inches added because I'm tall and wear heels. Did I get what I ordered? Nope. Not even close. Did anyone offer compensation, or did a manager even bother to call and apologize? Nope! I will never, ever, ever shop at this location again. Terrible from the beginning to the end.

When I tell you, Brilliant Earth and Zoe knocked me off my feet, I am not exaggerating. This experience from start to finish was exceptional. Zoe was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, professional, friendly, kind, and so much more. She made this experience absolutely amazing for us. Before our appointment, she reached out to touch base about our interests and likes / dislikes. Upon arrival, she was able to point out and show us all the pieces that aligned with our interests. She did show us other pieces as well, just to make sure we were given all of the options and we were able to mark those items off our lists. Any question we had, she had the answers. She did not make us feel dumb when asking even what may have seemed like a small, or silly question. She walked us through all of the steps and made sure to touch base on all of the aspects of the engagement ring buying process, some topics we didn't even think to touch base on before she brought them up. Zoe was extremely patient and so helpful during our appointment. She made sure we felt understood and heard, she prioritized our wants and needs. We were most interested in lab created diamonds for both of our rings, something in solitaire settings, and later on, more intricate wedding bands. She took her time when going through options with the 4 C's and again, answered any and all questions we had with confidence and clarity. Even after our appointment, I had a few follow up questions and needed help clarifying a few things and details, to no surprise, Zoe responded in a timely manner and was just as thorough and helpful through email, as she was in person. I am still so blown away and so impressed with her professionalism and true care and concern for us and our happiness during this appointment.
