Terrible Experience!!! Did I say terrible? I've been to this David's Bridal location before, but this visit was by far the worst. All of the bridesmaids ordered different style dresses and everything went downhill from there. The young lady ringing us up literally walked away in the middle of ringing us up, and the manager had to come take over. Not sure if she was frustrated or what, but that's unacceptable customer service. We thought everything was finally squared away... NOPE! A month later, I get a call saying my dress was ready for pickup. Do you think they ordered the right one? Of course not! They ordered the first bridesmaid's dress style for everyone. I live an hour and a half away and have now had to make 2 completely unnecessary trips. To make things worse, my original dress was supposed to have 4 extra inches added because I'm tall and wear heels. Did I get what I ordered? Nope. Not even close. Did anyone offer compensation, or did a manager even bother to call and apologize? Nope! I will never, ever, ever shop at this location again. Terrible from the beginning to the end. read more

I started of with Maria I believe and although she was such a pleasant person she had an amazing emergency she had to attend to. I visited David's Bridal about a week and a half ago, searching for a wedding dress with my best friend for her wedding. You can most definitely tell that Covid is still real, because the place was virtually empty. I personally purchased my dress from David's over a year ago and was surprised to find that the same kind lady, Earline, would be helping my best friend. The entire staff at this location is very friendly and helpful. They are accommodating and extremely patient. The store is clean, including the dressing rooms. My only complaint, they don't have many dress on hand for you to purchase straight out. Everything has to be ordered. Not really ideal for a woman with my short timeline such as my friend. But all and all, the selection is vast and affordable. I will be back here next year purchasing a dress for my vow renewal so that I can have the reception that I was forced to postpone three times! read more

She let me that someone assist me in a few moments. The person that came to assist me almost immediately was Ms. Earline. She was absolutely pleasant, friendly and extremely patient with me as I was shopping for a bridesmaid gown for a wedding that is in less than one month and out of town. My mind was all over the place with decisions and anxiety. Ms. Earline assisted me with choices of some beautiful gowns as I tried on a few of them for style and sizing. I had an excellent experience today finding my wedding dress not just because of my bridal crew but because of Ms. Earline, my unbelievable stylist. She was in twelve places at once grabbing gowns for me and my dressing room neighbor, fixing things and arranging dresses and making sure her brides felt seen and heard and special. She is a TREASURE. She must have burned 1,000 calories over the course of my own hour appointment. And she never stopped smiling or saying just the exact right things. The selection of dresses was nice, it seems like they really have something for everyone and every style, and very size inclusive. One thing that was less than great was it seems like the corporate/management side of David's bridal pushes their stylists to sign all the brides up for some rewards program. I was 100% not interested but I understood it was something she was told she had to do. It kind of took me out of my magical moment to be honest, and frankly Ms. Earline does not have time for this!! I had a terrible experience with DB and it is still ongoing. I currently had to stop what I was doing (looking for a new dress) to type this because I am extremely frustrated with this entire process. One month ago, I reviewed DB because of the terrible customer service my small group of 5 had experienced.. The associate helping us was split between two parties, often leaving us having to pull our own dresses. To add, there were hardly any size 8's and 10's - the most common dress size in women, for my mother to try on. We were left to guess how the dress would actually look/fit on her.. We all ordered dresses, but only after being given the runaround about the ways we could purchase. And then having to overhear from the manager that the cashier needed to step away because she was overwhelmed (presumably by us).. Can you imagine my surprise that when the entire wedding party went to try on dresses they ordered, that not ONE dress was ordered correctly? The manager rang up and ordered the same exact dress for the bridal party. We now have to all coordinate days and times to take these dresses back and to find new ones. We weren't offered much of anything to compensate us for the mix up. This has cost us all significant time and stress, and the issue is still isn't resolved. I was also never notified that my dress was available for pick up. I had to call in. David's, do better.. This is the most important day of people's lives, and this is just undue stress, and unnecessarily so. We all expect to be compensated for the severe waste of time and horrible customer service experience. read more

My daughter looked so beautiful in the dress that Diane picked. She fixed her up and my daughter look was old Hollywood. Her winter wedding is going to be so elegant. Update: My dress came in, I went to pick up in store and it was a used try-on dress that was shipped from another store. The dress had hair all over it, was dirty and damaged. The first manager Cali was kind but after I went to my car to get myself together she spoke with another manager Shantosha (or however you spell it) and her tune changed very quickly. At first they offered to have it cleaned, altered, and money taken off of the dress, then they backtracked and said that they were going to give me a bigger size than I ordered and I would have to pay for any alterations other than taking it in. I called customer service they literally repeated back to me what Shantosha said. I explained that I did not have time to get another dress because my fiancé is a Marine and we have time restrictions. I am completely heartbroken as a military family, I would have hoped they would have stuck to their word originally. I'm still waiting to hear back from the store manager. read more

I visited the Glen Burnie location today with my sister and mom to pick out a dress for my mom for my wedding. When we entered the location we were greeted warmly by Keisha and instructed on where to look for dresses. We were shortly greeted by Emily and shown to a dressing room. Fast forward... my mom tried on five dresses and fell in love with one. We were quickly told the dress could not be ordered and that if we really wanted it, we would have to buy dress that was tried on and that the store could offer alterations to get the dress "ready to wear". After asking Emily multiple times about the process for alterations and what all would be done to the dress ,as well as turn around time for them to be completed, she took the dress from us and sent it to the back for alterations and said it should be about 30 minutes to be finished. After about 25 minutes she came out with the dress, said everything was taken care of and told us we could check out. After careful examination of the dress we noticed next to nothing had been done to the dress. Excess string had been clipped but the dress had not been steamed, the hem was still dirty and overall the dress was NOT ready to wear. Emily had since walked away and after I shared my dissatisfaction and questions with the process with another associate she never came over to remedy the problem. After speaking with the manager, who was very polite, we were informed that no one was working in alterations and in fact NOTHING had been done to the dress. Emily lied to us and never returned to apologize for the misunderstanding. The dress was purchased and we have been instructed the dress would be ready in two weeks. After leaving the store, we looked online for flower girl dresses and noticed the dress for my mom was online and available in her size. Why we couldn't order it I will never know and am extremely disappointed in the experience. After all of the changes that have been made with wedding planning due to COVID, I didn't expect this visit to add to the stress. Had appointment to look at prom dresses for my daughter. We saw a dress online and we hoped they had it in the store. They did but not size we needed. Our stylist was Emily and she checked and said even if we ordered it would not come in for 4 weeks and that would be too late for us. They didn't have a whole lot of larger sizes but my daughter fount a few. We went to try them on. Then Emily came and said she found the dress we saw k line and it happened to be pretty close to my daughters size, a size larger but it was a tie up back to it should be ok. Well of course my daughter loved it. We would need to have it hemmed because it was too long. Emily said their store was too booked to do it. We decided to get it anyway and find someone on our own. This dress was on the more expensive side for a prom dress $350. My daughter didn't have junior prom last year so I figured oh well if she loved this dress we will spend a bit more knowing we would still have to pay for alterations. I should have noticed the red flag when I felt so rushed at this point and went to hang up the dress there was only one strap inside to hang this very heavy dress. I don't know what happened to the other one. I couldn't hang it due to the lace up strings. I finished paying and had to use the restroom before we left so my daughter was going to get the dress after Emily bagged it. She was looking for a theft sensor but for some reason this dress didn't have one. The dress had a couple layers so she was checking them. I came out and we went to the car, I notice all we have a is cheaply clear bag for this super heavy dress. I should have went back in but I didn't. Only one strap hanging this heavy dress with dress hanging out the bottom but whatever. My daughter said Emily tried to tie up the bottom. Well I don't know what happened but it wasnt tied anymore. The real problem - we get home and my daughter tried the dress on again and upon further inspection we notice the dress had a small rip /tear in the side where the stitching was coming out and sone of the loopholes seamed pretty stretched out and the black string under the fabric was visible. I just feel that this dress probably should have been discounted. I think Emily "found" this dress in the back where it was put because it was damaged and she sold us a damaged dress without even telling us. Now I am paying the seamstress we took it to to also fix the things that were ripped in addition to hemming it. Beware and inspect the dresses before you purchase them here! I thought we would have a great experience here because I got my wedding dress here 20 years ago, but guess they have changed their standards or maybe because it was just prom dress and not a wedding gown. read more

Don't get your dresses altered here. My "alterations " cost twice as much as my actual bridesmaid dress. My first appointment I forgot to bring my shoes- my mistake however I told the seamstress the exact inches of my shoes after she brought me some that were that height she INSISTED those seemed too high and did my alterations based off shorter heels that she again insisted I put on instead. When I show up to pick up my dress what do you know- it's too short and looks horrible with my heels after expressing my frustration all she said was "eh it's fine , just wear flats " ??? You're better off saving your money and going somewhere local for alterations. I'm SO dissatisfied and disappointed. Scratch that I'm actually LIVID I was charged 83 dollars just to hem my dress for it to end up too short. Not to mention the head seamstress/ alterations manager is stand offish and rude. read more

Can I give zero stars? Let's start with the purchase of the dress. The cashier was rude. She asked if my daughter wanted to pick up the dress or have it delivered. Since she does not live close to the shop, my daughter had it delivered. How did my daughter's dress show up? Wadded up in a plastic bag, the type of bag that amazon ships stuff in. It was left on her front step. Alterations? Scheduled for weeks before the wedding. They are not included; they are extra. Much much more extra. Once alterations began, I was pleased with how well they were tending to each part. They pinned the three layers that needed hemming, pinned to take up the bodice at the shoulders, measured to take out the white cups and replace them with nude-colored ones, and pinned the bustle. The bustling was extreme: three in the underlayer & SEVEN in the top layer. Once finished, we got in line to pay. The line was moving so, so slowly & it wasn't until we were about 3rd or 4th in line we knew why. Each person was so shocked at the price, they all wanted to go through the bill carefully to figure out if there was anything they could NOT have done to lower the cost. One woman was having her wedding gown shortened & her daughter was going to be a bridesmaid. The daughter's dress was the same style as the wedding dress, just not white. The cost to hem the wedding dress was more than double the cost to hem the bridesmaid dress! The woman asked why it was so much more if it was the same dress. The response? "It is a wedding dress. We always charge more for anything related to a wedding dress." At that point, I wish we had just left. We could have gone to an independent tailor to have her dress altered. Hindsight is 20/20. My daughter's bill for alterations was as much as the dress cost. It was then that we found out they charge per bustle! No wonder the seamstress worked so hard to get 7 into the top layer! We had to set up the 2nd fitting date, which for most people, is when they take the dress home. We scheduled it for 6 weeks later, which was one week before the wedding. Our appt was for 7:30 PM on a Friday. When we went back after 6 weeks, we found one employee vacuuming the carpets as if they were closed. We got her to stop, & said we had a 7:30 appt. She looked & couldn't find anything with my daughter's name on it. She looked in the back room, where the seamstresses are with their sewing machines, & finally came out and said, "We had you down for 7:50, & she is still working on it. Can you come back in 20 minutes?" Do you ever hear something that you just can't process? Like, you are thinking, "She didn't say that. She couldn't have said that." Finally my daughter said, "You have had the dress for weeks. Why are you just finishing it now?" The response was "We had someone not come into work today." My daughter asked again, "But why were you waiting until today to work on the dress when you have had it for 6 weeks?" As a response, we got a shrug. At 7:50, the time of the appt according to them, they were nowhere near done. They said we would need to come back. This store, is the midway point for me & my daughter to meet. It is a long drive for both of us. We asked when they opened on Sunday, & when they said 11:30, we said we would be there then. I asked, "Will the dress be finished, pressed, or steamed, & ready to go?" They assured us it would be. On Saturday, we saw on the news that David's Bridal was filing for bankruptcy & would be closing stores. I texted my daughter & said that even if the dress is not done we should take it. If that store closed before we could get the dress, we may never get it. On Sunday, the dress was now finished so my daughter could try it on. Right off the bat, we saw that they did not replace the white cups with the nude ones, something my daughter was charged extra for. So, they fixed that. Except, they really didn't. As it turns out, instead of taking up the bodice at the shoulders, they were just adding cups to make it seem like it had been taken up. They had to put the extra white cups back on the inside so they didn't show through the dress. They did it quickly with shoddy stitching. The dress had not been pressed or steamed, & it looked like it still had been in a ball on the floor. They said they had steamed it but it was a mess. At this point, we just wanted out of there. I feel sorry for anyone who has purchased and maybe had fittings but does not have the dress with them. With David's Bridal filing for bankruptcy, those people may never get their dresses. Given the experience we had, I am not surprised they are going out of business. They deserve it. read more

They completely messed my daughter's wedding dress up. She picked out a dress that had spaghetti straps but really wanted a little sleeve covering the sides of her arms too. The sales lady said oh we can add on and goes and gets several options for my daughter to try. My daughter picked out the one that she liked and the sales lady pinned them to the dress perfectly. My daughter exclaimed that's it that's exactly how I want it. So off to alterations we went. Well when we went for her final fitting and we saw her dress we thought that they were playing a prank on us, it had no spaghetti sleeves anymore the entire neckline was different and the sleeves they attached were a different color. The worst part was that her wedding was a week away and a new dress couldn't be ordered. After spending several hours trying to fix the dress that she had the bottom was filthy because the dressing area floor was not clean and even though she dress was completely messed up we decided just to bring it home and I would fix it myself but the manager offered to have it cleaned and pressed and overnighted to her, big mistake it came so wrinkled that we now had to have it pressed again too and it was now 3 days before her wedding. So if you buy a dress there, take it somewhere else to have your alterations done to avoid this horror! read more

I can't speak about the dress shopping experience because I purchased My wedding dress at a boutique. Unfortunately, where I purchased my dress, they do not do alterations. I should have listened to my inner voice when I walked in and the alterations area was dimly lit, dingy, dirty and dated. But I waited too long to book with a reputable seamstress and had to settle for David's Bridal. 2 fittings and my dress still isn't right. My satin dress is now dirty in some spots, the material is snagged because they didn't protect the fabric when they were altering, and it is puckered on the sides where it was taken in. Not sure what I'm going to do now. Lastly, the alterations manager tried to charge me more for additional alterations because I was told I lost weight between my first and second appointment. False. I knew not to lose weight after my initial fitting. An inch on each side was incorrect measurements at my initial appointment. I was afraid to leave my dress again for further alterations, I will cut my losses and hope that a steamer and light spot cleaning will help. I should have known not to take my designer dress to David's bridal. read more

Before you walk out of the doors, triple check with your cashier about order numbers. Have the cashier write it down for you, take a picture of that order number right there. Have them repeat it back to you. My emails did not contain an order number and none of the number combinations on my receipt matched the email I set up with them. They had to use my phone number and name to find my dress. Safe to say this was my last purchase for the company and would definitely not recommend to a new bride / prom season. read more

When i dropped off my wedding dress 5 weeks ago to be altered I thought when I came back it would be finished. No instead I showed up they couldn't find my dress at first. They told me my appointment time was wrong (even though I had a confirmation time for 12) they than insisted I needed to come back later. I demanded to them I was not going to come back later as I had rehearsal dinner. My wedding day was the next day. I sat there for 2 hours waiting... come to find out they hadn't even finished the alterations. The day of the wedding the alterations they had done in a rush started to come apart; the whole evening I was fighting with this dress. I will never ever be returning to David's. I scheduled my appointment for a Sunday afternoon. I was a first-time bride and this is my first trip to a bridal shop. I wasn't sure what to expect and was a bit anxious and nervous. The front desk greeted me warmly and set me and another bride-to-be up with Stacey. I ended up being helped by Stacey and Mindy, one of the managers. They were fantastic, knowledgeable and super nice!! I also kind of knew exactly what I was looking for going in because I looked up the dresses online and had discussed them with my family. I ended up getting a Vera Wang that Stacey highly recommended and my mother loved. Other customers actually came and told me how lovely I look in that gown. Another lady told me it brought tears to her eyes (we've not met before). There have been mix reviews about David's Bridal, but go see it for yourself. The Glen Burnie David's bridal has an amazing selection of dresses and even has a good amount of petite dresses unlike the previous David's bridal I've been to. I'm 4 ft 10 in, and i was able to find out that I'd be able to fit a 2 petite. I'd even be able to possibly get away with not hemming the dress if I wear 5 inch heels or so! Earline was an amazing consultant. Even though I was shopping alone, she made me feel like she was a friend who really cared. In the end, she was able to help me find "the one" . My one con is that they were very busy even though I had an appointment so I spent a lot of time waiting which was no fault of Earline. So my suggestion is to go with at least one other person so that you can have someone help you get in and out of your dresses. Those corset dresses take a lot of time which was probably why Earline was delayed a lot running around trying to help everyone. Also the alterations lady, both of them were super helpful and let me know what would be needed for my dress and the price points before I bought it. I used David's Bridal for my wedding in January. I ordered my dress in June 2021 and although it was supposed to arrive by October 31st it didn't and so I turned up for a dress fitting appointment to be advised that the dress was delayed and probably stuck on a ship especially because it was an unusual color (black). When it did arrive a month later I had to pay for expedited alterations due to the time frame of the wedding/alterations appointment. The dress was supposed to be ready for pick up/ another fitting on December 23rd, it was no where near ready and the person who was doing the next fitting was clueless. I arrived for the next fitting on January 4th and the dress still wasn't correct. At least this time they had a seamstress who was qualified to help.My dress was ready and looked beautiful two days before my wedding. I had been told that they could alter the dress after I wore it into an evening gown. I called mid February to make an appointment for early March and was told that someone would call me back with a date. They didn't I attempted to find another place to get the alterations done but was told they couldn't do it. I called and arranged an appointment with the Glen Burnie, MD store where I had originally purchased the dress. The first appointment that they could give me was today. I explained that I needed the dress by April 30th because I was going to use it on a cruise, my honeymoon. I knew that it was cutting it fine but was prepared to pay for the expedited alterations. I confirmed that appointment via text and online. I received a call at 1pm today asking about my appointment and wanting me to confirm. I once again told them that it was for a redo of the dress to convert it into a ball dress. At 2:17pm, I get a call from the store saying that they cannot do the alterations and cancelling my appointment which was for 6pm today. What they didn't know was that I was also planning on purchasing another dress at the same time for my cruise. Suffice it to say, Customer service is obviously not high on their priority list. If there was an email listed where I could have sent this complaint instead of putting it out there publicly I would have but seeing as there is no way to contact anyone and the virtual assistant is useless too, I am putting this on a public page. Obviously, I should have learned my lesson the first time but I am always willing to give people the benefit of the doubt. Shame on me. read more

I decided to head to David's Bridal to try on a few wedding dresses. It was fairly early in my search, so I figured it would be helpful to go and get a general sense of the types of dresses I liked. I went at 10:30am on a weekday by myself to try to avoid people (wedding dress shopping in a pandemic- not quite the same!) and my appointment was with Lauren. She was fantastic, and I can't say enough nice things about her- she brought out tons of dresses for me to try on and cheerily helped me into all of them (as well as an appropriate bra for under the dresses). Since my mother was in Colorado and would be helping me pick out the dress, I asked Lauren to take photos of my favorites- and she gladly did so, and thoroughly! She was also spot-on with her accessories. I ended up really liking two dresses, but one more than the other. I sent all the pictures to my mom and she had the same 1st and 2nd rankings, so I went back to purchase the #1 dress with Lauren! She picked out the ideal undergarment and added a belt I loved, so I just bought it all. She also made sure I got all the applicable discounts when checking out. I thought finding a dress and figuring out accessories would be really hard, but Lauren made it so easy! I'm glad I decided to give DB a try and I am excited to wear the dress! read more

Ms. Earline and Ms. Shawnequa at this location are the best! I had two appointments there to try wedding gowns. When I arrived, I showed them printouts of the ones I was interested in. They pulled out the ones that they had, while letting me browse the racks to pull additional ones to try. Shawnequa even got me a slip and a pair of shoes in the store so that I could "properly" try on the gowns. Throughout the entire 1.5 hours, they assisted me with putting gowns on and off, taking pictures in each, giving me time to evaluate and ask for their opinion. Towards the end of the appointment, they took my measurements and wrote down the dresses that I liked most. They did not pressure me to buy anything there, but gently reminded me that they won't get credits if I order anything without talking to them directly (i.e., placing an order in the store face-to-face, or on the phone directly with them). One thing to remember, though, is that the store does get busy on the weekends - the consultants do juggle between clients when needed. But all-in-all, the customer services delivered by the consultants here are pretty good! read more

I like to shop here they have cute dresses for prom and usually everyone's very nice but... the last time I went I was trying on dresses in a size 2. I needed help zipping the back up so the girl working fitting rooms helped me. She said "you're actually going to be a size 8. Overall our experience at David's Bridal was like hanging out with someone who is bipolar. When we were greeted and signed in for our bridal appointment we were told to go into the dress area and start picking things. As a matter of fact, they said, "look and touch and pick away!" or something along those lines. So here we are, a group of women waiting for our sales associate, pulling dresses that we liked. Next thing you know our sales associate is coming over and yelling at us for picking dresses. "These aren't even your size!" she says. "If you trip and fall over a dress we will end up being liable, so that's why we don't want you pulling dresses." OK, great. Don't yell at US like we're a bunch of five year olds - yell at the person who told us to go dig in. Needless to say, in the beginning we were a little pessimistic about how the rest of the appointment would go. However, once we got into the swing of things, our associate started to warm up to us, and us to her. Her name was Ziomara, and she ultimately put the bride in *her* dress. It was a successful day, after all! When it came time to check-out we noticed that they basically bombard you with coupons, information about tuxedos, a booklet for bridesmaid dresses, etc. It was like the used car salesman came out. "Are you sure you don't want to buy your dress preservation kit NOW?" At any rate, the dress was found, and it was a very reasonable price. If you're willing to tolerate a bit of chaos and maybe not being greeted by the nicest people, you will probably end up OK! read more

Came to start my wedding dress shopping! Made my appointment at a bridal show and leading up to the date got an email to confirm. When I arrived I checked in and was told to start looking while waiting for my sales person. While looking someone in the store asked if I had a appointment and I said I had already checked in and then they left to browse. The salesperson, Garrett greeted me and asked what I was looking for and said he would get a room for me and pull some stuff and I was welcome to grab some things. He also explained how the dresses were sorted, which was very helpful. Garrett was incredible, I very indecisive and had my family with me and he was able to handle all of us! I tried on almost 20+ dresses and have a better idea of what I want but am still looking. The store is huge and laid out well, had a great time! read more

My cousin got her wedding gown here so, inevitably, all of us bridesmaids bought our dresses and shoes here. I've been to this location twice so far. The first time was on a weekday afternoon so the place was empty and we received a lot of help and attention from the salesperson. The second time, however, was on a Saturday. The place was a complete zoo--one where all the animals are let loose! I'm not the type of girl who likes to browse and shop for fun, especially in places with heavy crowds. After the third hour, I had a headache and was ready to strangle the next kid who ran into me. In addition, our salesperson was tending to 3-4 customers at the same time so we spent half the time just waiting around for her to come back around and help us. Moral of the story for David's Bridal: Don't overbook your sales team on the weekends. Moral of the story for customers: Try to avoid it on the weekends unless you don't mind being in a madhouse. read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. Nobody would acknowledge us or help, and it was not at all busy. But the absolute worst part of the entire experience was the bathrooms. After trying on dresses and committing to spending a good amount of money, you'd think there would be a decent restroom. The bathroom was so disgusting it wasn't even an option. Word to the wise: only go if you won't need any help, know exactly what you want & will definitely not for any reason need the bathroom. read more

Wow!!! I was so unexpectedly surprised at the wonderful level of service we received at David's Bridal! We made a last minute appointment and when we arrived our stylist, Stacey Knight, was not yet finished with the previous client. Instead of making us wait she came out and introduced herself, asked what we thought we were looking for and got one of the other stylists to start us off. Within a very short time we were in a room and Stacey joined right in. She was awesome! She listened! And quickly guided my daughter to the most stunning dress. Please note my daughter had no intention on getting a dress that day. She thought she would "just get an idea of style and fit". I also didn't think there was a chance that we would get a dress! But with the wonderful guidance from Stacey my daughter ordered her dress! I want to thank all who helped us including the manager who kept everything flowing and a SPECIAL THANKS TO STACEY KNIGHT! She listened but also read my daughter's reactions to thoughtfully guide her to the perfect dress. The other great part was there was NO hard sell! Just a wonderful day! read more

Had an appt for a BM dress on a Saturday at 12:30. Granted, I realize a Saturday afternoon may be peak time, but if I have an appt I guess I expect my consultant to see me at my set appt time. Anyways, my consultant was very nice and ultimately I was able to order a dress; however, she would disappear for extended periods of time. Making what should have been, in my opinion, a 45 minute appt turn into a full hour and a half appt. I have no doubt she was helping other customers and not just goofing off, but I was on a time crunch and just really wanted to get in and out. Hence the appt. But like I said, in the end I ordered a dress and she was very nice. read more

I had an amazing experience with Amy! Although she was being pulled in multiple directions at certain times due to demanding brides-to-be, she was extremely professional, courteous, and absolutely fun to work with. She gave me the space I needed to browse around the store, but always managed to somehow magically be there when I needed her. The store itself is out of a pretty run down strip mall. It has a good selection of styles and brands, although it does not cater to petite women. With Amy's thoughtful suggestion, I did find a dress that I absolutely love. Unfortunately, I did not walk away with the dress as it was out of my price range. But that didn't detract from my experience with Amy. She told me she works Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturday (AM) if any of you are interested in going here for your bridal shopping needs. read more
