ROASTY BEET SALAD + added lemon chicken skewer AND shrimp ($6 extra for each protein, 4.5/5) - loved all the crunchy textures from the seeds, fried feta and maple beets (although a bit heavy with its quantity), & fresh veggies. So basically what occurred tonight was that they refused service to a disabled person based on the fact that their gait looked "intoxicated". I tried to help and explain but they told her to get the "fuck out" and threatened to call the cops. She wasn't even trying to order alcohol, just food from one of her favorite places. They refused to provide owners info so I'm going public until I am contacted. The AODA will be a factor. Employees have no formal training when asked about it. No reason or logic used other than "it's private property".
