It started to rain shortly after I arrived but the rain only lasted about 15 minutes so the "party" kept rolling and I got a free Alaskan Airlines umbrella in the interim. Although I was tempted to purchase a cutting board with a swanky etching, I only ended up buying a hot dog from Dawg Eat Dogs. It was good and I probably should have had two. Well, I did also get a nitro cold brew coffee. They had a few classic cars out there and a stage. I did spend some time gawking over the 66s and 67s - good cars that they don't make anymore. I didn't get to hear or see any performances on the stage but I'm sure that they had something at some point during the Festival. Overall not bad, it was an okay way to spend a dreary day outside without getting too soaked.

This is a street fair that takes up many blocks and on that Saturday just so happened to collide with the farmers market. Surprising number of multi-level-marketing shills here (bleh!!), including Pure Romance...I thought this was a family event!! Many business here to choose from, some of which are actually local. 2 stages for live entertainment, a little classic car show, and a good number of food trucks so you can get the feelings of going to the fair. Overall it was okay.

Located in the heart of downtown Puyallup, this massive…read moremarket has streets filled with amazing local vendors with items like produce, baked goods, plants, flowers, home decor, clothing, and more! There's also one street that specifically has food trucks on it and the options for hot, fresh, local eats are endless. Street parking is ample nearby, even on busy holiday weekends which is a plus. We cannot wait to come back next Saturday and pick up some more local goodies!

I loved how easy it was to find parking, and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly--much nicer than what I usually experience in Seattle. As a vegetarian, I didn't try much of the food since I had other plans, but I did have some treats that completely blew me away. Let me clarify that there were vegetarian options available, but there weren't many main courses based on vegetarian dishes, so I didn't try any other vegetarian entrées. However, here are a few notable establishments and items that enhanced my experience at the market. The strawberry shortcake and pistachio pop cakes from OlyPopsByEJ were fantastic. I would rate the shortcake a solid 5 out of 5 and the pistachio a 5.1 out of 5. Additionally, the lavender lemonade from Thirst Killer's Lemonade was refreshing, not overly sweet, and reasonably priced; I would give it a 4 out of 5.8 out of 5. Tracy's Sweet & Savory Shortbread in Chai Latte flavor was so good that I unapologetically ate the whole pack on the way home; I would rate them a 5.2 out of 5. I also picked up some lavender soap, which smelled great. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend checking out this farmers' market. It's definitely a place I'd return to if I'm in the area!

I love Fish And Chips…read more I've been lucky enough to be to the UK a couple of times and have Fish And Chips there several dozen times, as well as eating it all over the US and several other countries. I'm writing this all to tell you whether or not it's true. I definitely consider myself an expert and Fish And Chips. You will have to come here and see if you agree. This spot can throw down with the best of them, I said what I said The fish tasted delicious and fresh The beer batter is crunchy and flavorful with a good texture that allows for extra crunch I believe I could taste some finishing salt as well, although it may have been salt that rubbed off from the french fries The fish was fried perfectly as was the batter The housemaid tartar sauce was creamy, dilly and delicious. the house made cocktail sauce, and lime, cilantro sauce were amazing. Next time I come, I will definitely order the tartar sauce and the cocktail sauce and maybe even try a different one if they have more which they may I didn't ask. Sorry not sorry. The fries were crunchy and properly prepared A Large fresh lemon wedge was served with the fish, use it The shrimp are also perfectly battered and fried All of that was already 5/5 stars but for me honestly and surprisingly the fish taco might've been my favorite. It came with grilled fish on a warm flour tortilla with cabbage and pineapple salsa. There may have been a sauce on it too, but honestly, I ate it so fast I don't even know. I also ordered a raspberry lemonade, which is made from fresh lemon and fresh raspberries and quite tasty All in all, I have to say these guys definitely are using fresh delicious ingredients and delivering a quality superior product If you're looking for Fish And Chips, anywhere in the Puget Sound area, check their site as they are mobile business and are at different places every day, but it will be worth your drive regardless because it's delicious Also, have you tried the fish and you realize it's delicious come here and get my review a like or something... throw me a bone maybe buy me a taco I don't know ;-)

I've been looking to eat here for a few months now. I was so happy to see them at the pumpkin patch…read moretoday and stopped by with my family to have lunch. Service was fast friendly and efficient. The truck is beautiful and the menu is very easy to read, with ample choices without it being too much to choose from. The four of us ordered the Philly sandwich with tots, kids 2 tenders and tots, a blue raspberry lemonade and the gumbo collard greens. Got out just under $63 with the tip included and it was very worth it. Portion sizes are great and food quality was even better. The Philly was dressed with tomato, lettuce, onion, cheese and a sauce. Tasted like a gyro and a cheesesteak had a baby with good hair! That meat was tender juicy and flavorful! Not only was the toasted bread nice and soft, but it held up with all the meat that was stuffed into it. It was exactly how it should be, more meat than stuff. The kids tenders were cooked to perfection. Simple, crispy and juicy. Tots on both meals were crispy and seasoned well. We chose fry sauce for the tots and it did not disappoint. Very close in taste to the burger sauce at in-n-out. The star of the show was the gumbo collard greens! Babyyyyy!!! When I tell you she know how to make some soul food, believe me. The flavors coming out of that bowl had me tussling with my kids for the last bite. I've never tried adding greens to my gumbo before, but I might have to from now on. This experience, from start to finish, was one I want to have again and again. I recommend trying whatever soul food item she's offering on the menu when you visit. Someone walking by as we were waiting, said to get the wings with the "oohwee" sauce. I'll try that next since I see myself going back again and again. 10/10 recommend.
