What impressed me most was the staff. Three young students were working that day, and they were some of the most poised, cheerful, and courteous attendants I've encountered anywhere. One young man immediately understood what I was looking for, gathered everything efficiently, and his colleague had us checked out in no time. In a region already known for friendly people, their professionalism really stood out. The bakery itself was sparkling clean, and I appreciated that the tables were spaced farther apart than is typical, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Next time, I'd love to stay and enjoy a meal there. And the scones? They're some of the best around--always seasonal, always delicious.
