Humane Society recommended Mountain View in Pendleton. They gave Zeena an xray, antibiotic, pain meds, plus anesthesia to work on him, and the visit fee, ALL for under $300! The same would have been over $900 at Electric City. It's nice to know there is a beautiful facility with caring people who don't take advantage of our deep affection for our fur babies!
