We had an excellent experience with them as our buyer agents so decided to go with them as our seller agents. They did an outstanding job for us; we closed on the house sale in about a month and a half from when it was first listed; and they were wonderful to work with. They are extremely knowledgable on real estate sales and the Reno market; demonstrate great instincts and judgment in advising us at key decision points; are very responsive; and put the seller's interest first, always. We have bought and sold five houses over the course of time and there is no one I would rather have than Justin and Tasha Rossi to be our agents; both for buying and selling. We are grateful for their help and are fully satisfied with their service.

We knew very little about the area and what part of town best suited our little family. Mike helped us every step of the way and took lots of extra time to help us get to know the area so we knew exactly where we wanted to be. After quite a bit of looking we found a house we thought was perfect. Unfortunately that house ended up having some major issues that came up during inspection. Mike advised us to not go through with that house and it ended up being the right choice. Soon after we found the house that we ended up purchasing and couldn't be happier! Mike was our Realtor when we arrived here but now we are very happy to call him our friend. He genuine cares about his clients and goes the extra mile to deliver an exceptional service. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home in Reno especially if relocating from out of town!

Having just sold my home in Reno, Nevada I wanted to share my experience with Alan Hoffman and his…read moreteam at HOMEGATE Reality. My previous occupation required we moved a lot and as a result this was the 15 home we have sold. I spent 4 months researching the market, trends, home values, lenders, Realtors and their firms. I also look at the different price ranges and geographical areas where the realtor sold most of their homes. If the realtor sells 90% of his homes in an area where the homes sell for $250K and your home is $1million and in a pricy area that realtor is not for you. In the Reno area there were several hundred realtors to choose from. There were also many big name companies with their franchises all over the area. I looked at a lot of average realtors, bad realtors, part timers (I would not use a part time realtor) and the top producers. We were after the top producers in our areas to market and sell our home. We boiled the list down to the top 4 and my wife and I interviewed them all. We selected Alan Hoffman and his team. Alan was by far the best prepared. His presentation, comparable, marketing data & analysis and knowledge of the market were the most detailed and accurate with regards to the property I wanted to sell. When he left I had a thorough understanding of the market value of my home, and a pretty good start at a marketing plan and time frame to sell my home. Alan also had an advantage over the other agents in that his approach to selling includes the use of his team. The HOMEGATE team is comprised of people who handle the marketing, home staging, title Co.'s, home repairs, moving, legal matters, associate Realtors and an Administrator who pull it all together. The team was always available to help and kept me informed every step of the way. They made the difficult process of selling a home as easy as possible. Some of the additional things I liked about dealing with Alan Hoffman and HOMEGATE Reality team are: * Alan is a very experienced Realtor, with strong ethics, is honest and tells you what you need to know not what you want to hear. He is the top producer in the Reno area and is well respected by other Realtors. * HOMEGATE has many creative ways to sell your home. They also use the latest technologies so you receive reports on the market, homes sold, online hits, potential buyer activities, etc. * Alan did a superb job with regards to some very tough negotiations to close the deal. If you're looking to sell or buy a home in the Reno area take a hard look at HOMEGATE. HOMEGATE is really a great Company with a solid team that knows how to buy and sell homes. Do your homework, go on-line read the reviews and do your homework. THE TEAM THAT FIELD THE BEST PLAYERS USUALLY WINS.

We are planning on retiring soon and have decided to make the Reno/Sparks area our home. Because of this decision the agent we had been working with recommended Harmony and we feel very fortunate for this recommendation. We arranged to meet Harmony on our first "scouting" trip to the Reno/Sparks area and she was very professional and personable as well. She listened to our "dream list" and our concerns as well and took the time to give her thoughts about our proposed move to the Reno/Sparks area. Harmony spent time answering our many questions about living in the Reno/Sparks area and gave us great insights about areas to focus on and what the different areas offered. Harmony is a very kind and patient real estate agent and she is also genuinely interested in our successful relocation. Her guidance was instrumental in our gaining true comfort and confidence that the Reno/Sparks area is going to be a great retirement home for us. Harmony met with us on a follow up visit and we toured many homes and refined out target area and our wish list. As we are not local Harmony sent us tailored listings and she always added a personal note about the listing that targeted our "dream wish list". Many agents send listing after listing that in no way would work for us and Harmony does not do this. The listings she sent us have all been homes we could actually see as possibilities. This is really something that sets Harmony apart from the crowd. If you are looking for a fantastic real estate agent in the Reno/Sparks area I strongly suggest you give Harmony a call and see how she can help you with your real estate needs!

From the start, I wanted to make sure I had the right person by my side. In our very first meeting, I asked her a long list of tough questions about the Reno and Somersett real estate markets to see if she really knew her stuff. Not only did she have thoughtful, thorough answers to every single one, but she also explained things in a way that made me feel confident and informed. What stood out to me most throughout the process was Whitney's responsiveness and professionalism. Anytime I had a question -- whether it was a quick text or a detailed call -- she got back to me right away. I never felt like I was in the dark or waiting around for answers. Her knowledge of the local market, her strategic advice on pricing and presentation, and her ability to navigate a market that currently favors buyers were all invaluable. She guided me through every decision with honesty and patience, and I always felt she had my best interests in mind. In the end, Whitney delivered exactly what I needed: a successful sale above list price in a tough market. If you're looking for an agent who is prepared, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in her clients' success, I would wholeheartedly recommend Whitney!
