A lovely pub in the heart of Little Valley. Pleasant atmosphere, decent menu, just what you'd expect. Good service, fairly comprehensive bar, good beer assortment. Daily specials. Parking right outside. Close to the courts and the jail. No complaints at all.

It's a "seat yourself" kind of place, with booths, tables, 3 pool tables and a jukebox on the wall. A limited full bar in an attractive space: Black walls, chrome fixtures. The waitress immediately brought us out menus, which is focused on fried foods and the grill. The hamburgers are excellent! Even better are the regular fries: Just the right amount of coarse salt! There are veggie burgers for the plant-based in your party. The crowd leans towards local farmers, retirees, fisherman in waders, and older bikers. Fantastic fish fry, Fridays only, year-round. I've had 8-10 different meals there and all have been amazing! Pool Tables and Giant TV also. Highly recommended

Fish was good. Prices are good. Our son loved his chicken tenders and French fries. Dine in or take out.

Winderful restaurant and bar. Their fish fries on Friday are the very best. Waitresses are pleasant and efficient.

We need a break from the usual places in the city so we took a trip down to ski country…read more We walked in and noticed we were the first customers in there. We took a seat in the back with a view of the mountains and started to watch the skiers. The dining area was large and clean, and the waitress came and got our food and drink orders moving quickly. Our little yelper opted for none other than the children's tenders. She ate almost all of them and the fries, they got a thumbs up review. The waitress was even nice enough to hook our kid up with a nice helping of pickles too. The misses opted for the pulled pork melt, even with the mafia sauce she told me it was rather bland in the flavor department but the onion rings were sizable and crispy. I opted for the chicken Caesar salad, but there was some miscommunications in the kitchen and I wound up with steak (not a bad thing) but our waitress asked if it was ok. Steak was cooked perfectly and the salad itself was piled high. Overall, not a bad dining experience, it should be a 3 , but the awesome service took it up a notch. She really helped make the meal more enjoyable.

Terrible, unhappy I came here on my ski trip with kids-…read more Ordered Caesar salad and was served a bowl of lettuce. Plain lettuce. Weird and sad. Wings (12 in an order with celery) came with 10, no celery, no sauce, and overcooked. Do not recommend. We are leaving and are still hungry. Waste of 50 dollars. Dining area very cold. We had our coats on while eating.

Finding any GF options when visiting small towns can be a challenge so I'm really thankful to have found Finnerty's! We ordered: - Jalapeño Poppers (for my gluten-consuming husband) - Stuffed Banana Peppers (Gluten Free) - Chicken Wings ordered well done with hot sauce (Gluten Free) - Smash Burger on Gluten Free Sesame Bun & Chips - Hamburg Carrot Cake Brown Ale (for my Gluten-consuming husband) There were only 3 Jalapeño Popper left so our server didn't charge us for them. They were your run-of-the-mill frozen poppers; nothing special. The Stuffed Banana Peppers were a special for the day and they were pretty delicious. They were cheesy, stuffed with sausage and topped with a delicious tomato red sauce. The Chicken Wings were well done, as we requested but were average which was a surprise considering all of the claims to be award winning. The Gluten Free Sesame Bun was one of the best GF buns I've had but the burger patties were average. The meat didn't seem like it was seasoned but the cheese and grilled onions helped add some flavor. Not worth $15.95, in my opinion especially because you have to pay $1.50 each for any additional toppings and it only comes with generic potato chips. The Hamburg Carrot Cake Brown Ale was listed on the draft beer list but was served in a can. Our server was attentive and had a kind/sweet personality. Here's a few highlights about the space: - Pool Table - Golden Tee Golf Video Game - Hockey Foosball Table Game - Old Arcade Video Game - 8+ TVs; I believe they're usually tuned into sports. - Music was really loud; it was somewhat difficult to hear our server. Overall, I would come here again when visiting Ellicottville and try other menu items - like the Gluten Free Pizza and whatever their daily special happens to be.
