The coffee, tea, and smoothies are great too. If you're getting beverages, they'll be ready at the barista counter. If you're ordering food, take a number stand and watch for the staff working from the back kitchen area to bring it to your table (the communication wasn't clear if both would be delivered to us, so our drinks were waiting while we were expecting them) The food was delicious btw. If I were to spend 2-3 hours in canon city, I can easily spend it here. I originally planned for Indian restaurant in front of bean pedaler but they were not able to seat us for 10 mins and we're not giving any estimate on wait so we decided to step out and bean pedaler was right in front so we decided to try it. Friendly staff, cute interior. We got veggie Dustin sandwich and Southwest BBQ wrap(with no chicken). Within few mins, my husband and I decided to share the meal so I requested to cancel the wrap and lady on counter did it without any judgement. I told her I would buy coffee or something, she said it's ok, I'll just return wrap charges. I decided to go with latte and blueberry lemon scone (based on staff suggestion) and it turned out to be AMAZING. I was told that blueberry lemon scone with has hint of lemon and it was rightfully so. Veggie Dustin sandwich is so good. Comes with side of chips or potato salad (cold mashed potatoes with some tiny vegetables). It has pesto sauce with sun dried tomatoes, mixed greens, roasted red bell pepper, provolone cheese. Wanting a good cup of coffee after a picnic lunch at Royal Gorge we drove into Cañon City. Main Street has two coffee shops. This one was opened at 12:30. Walking in you notice the wood floor and old brick walls. Little tables with comfy wood chairs, and a counter with stools and a nice back patio make up this cute shop. I got a freshly brewed cup of coffee in a big brown cup. The lady asked if I wanted it to go. The coffee was good. All kinds of sandwiches, quiche of the day, donuts and cookies are for sale. Stopped by on our way out of town after a visit to the royal gorge bridge. Plenty of parking right outside which was convenient for a quick coffee run. Their chai was fantastic, a good blend between spicy and sweet -- it was one of the best that we've had during our time in Colorado so far! The girl at the register that served us was nice, gave us drink suggestions, and had her mask on.
