The experience was so good that we actually came back two days later on our way out of town. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and both the coffee and food were excellent. I had the Mexican Mocha, iced the first time, and hot the second and both were equally delicious. I also had the smothered breakfast burrito, while my wife had the bagel sandwich. Everything was packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. The outdoor area is HUGE with tables spread throughout a beautiful growing area. There are also cornhole and horseshoes, making it a great place to relax and hang out. Heard on certain days there is live music. They also have a stand selling green chiles that they roast right on site. We ended up purchasing a half bushel, and the price was cheaper than anywhere else we found in Pueblo! Great food, great coffee, friendly people, and a really cool atmosphere. Definitely worth stopping by.

The line of people out the door and the line of vehicles confirmed our choice. We waited in the heat for almost an hour before placing our order. While the crew working behind the counter seemed to be efficient, it would have been nice for an employee to step outside to address the crowd during the wait. That said, when we finally ordered, we thought the cashier was friendly and helpful. Prices on drinks and food were reasonable. What did we have? I had the smothered breakfast burrito with green chile. It was flavorful and filling. My traveling partner enjoyed their breakfast sandwich. My black coffee was solid as was my partner's fancy drink. They have limited inside seating; however, their covered outside seating area was ample sized to seat the plethora of customers that morning. In the end, I'd give it a 4.5 if allowed (thanks Yelp). I downgraded to 4 because of the lack of information during the long wait in line.
