I brought it back to return and to try something else. It was not a large purchase or expensive item, but I don't see a point in continuing to use something that isn't working as intended. I am very disappointed that they did not attempt to work with me at all. The advice was to use more of the product and " maybe " it will work. despite having limited options in our area I will no longer return to this store as who wants to give their business to a store that doesn't treat you with respect and appreciate your business .

This store charges significantly more for items than its own stores in Colorado Springs or Pueblo. For example, I needed cinder blocks that cost $2.55 at Lowes in Pueblo or only $2.25 at the Home Depot in Pueblo, whereas the same cinder block at the Home Depot in Canon City costs $3.29 per block (8"X8"X16"). I mentioned this pricing variance to management at the Canon City Home Depot and they do not care.
