I called about 3 weeks in advance to book a private party in their small room. There were 12 of us (7 adults and 5 children). When I called to book I spoke with Anna who was super helpful in answering all of my questions. She was also our guide the day of the party. We were able to bring in our own food and drinks for the party. I will note that the party room does not have a ton of extra space if you have a larger party. There is a counter that can be used. Once our whole party arrived Anna gave instructions on what price point to stay within (pre arranged) and sent us off on our own to choose which ceramic we wanted. Then she instructed us to pick which colors we would like. You start with 4 and can add more as needed. Then we got to work. Our whole group was engaged in their project. We laughed and had a wonderful time. Once we were finished she collected our ceramics to store until they were put in the Kiln. The wait time was about 2 weeks. I would recommend for all ages and group sized.

I've used their services four times so far and couldn't be happier with the results. Karine approaches each project with a keen eye; partnering frame, glass, and mounting which perfectly complements each individual piece. In one instance, she completely changed my mind from what I had originally thought I wanted and her suggestion was totally on the mark. The shop also offers restoration of damaged works. If you have a piece that you hold close to your heart and feel it is beyond salvaging, bring it in and get Karine's opinion. She'll give you an honest and forthright opinion and you might be pleasantly surprised. I have high standards and always hope those standards can be met, but am usually disappointed with the results. I thoroughly enjoyed being able to actually walk through the isles ( 1 or 2 cartwheels) the isles were not so over stocked with items on the floor, or here or over there. I have been looking for crystals and rocks for so long and just about forgot about what I had been wanting , but then coming here I soon understood why nobody else has anything!
