About 60$ a month and no commitment, pay on the first for the month no startup fees either. So that's awesome. The whole gym is no nonsense. Lots of benches and platforms only one cable machine though. My only concern was for my leg day. I didn't see a Hacksquat machine or angled leg press, no abductor machines either. A great place but I don't think it fits If you have a strict leg day (plenty of bars for deadlifts and squats but you'd need to bring your own cushion for hip thrusts.

Plates are not good for deadlifting, bench press is a really strange curved rack that puts your shoulders in an unstable position during racking/unracking, and it has a very small limited free weight area. Pros: not very busy, good for people who aren't worried about building muscle and just want to do like, cardio. Clean, nice staff, interesting art at front desk. Cons: limited free weights, less than ideal plates, poorly designed freeweight equipment, limited hours on weekends.

I love EOS because of the large variety of equipment. They have machines but that's only the tip of the iceberg. Several sections with dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, med balls, Trx bands, and more. They also have many different turf areas to choose from or tons of benches. While this is the perfect place for many , it is worth noting that it's pretty crowded whether you're working out at 5 am or 9pm. Everyone is very respectful with sharing equipment, but there's definitely a lot of bodies at any given time. That being said, it's a very encouraging atmosphere to see do many people locked in. They dodo offer many different classes. I love their class space and have loved the few I have tried! Group workouts can break up the monotony of your workouts if you're looking for something new.
