Dumbbells go to 125lbs which is decent. Clean, clean, clean. The bathrooms are great AND smell great, these are the first public restrooms I have been to that actual smelled nice. Cold plunge and sauna area seemed clean, we just peeked in for a look. I was almost hesitate to write this since it's not a busy place and wouldn't want it to get busy The $150 per month membership is great since it keeps the kids and riff raff out. The girl said it was all set and would be taken care of 6 weeks later i get collection calls from the Staff and Mgt at the gym telling me i owed a month of membership and late fees and that my account was not frozen anymore. Mind you i never checked in the gym because my arm is still in a sling and i haven't even started physical therapy as of yet. The mgr explained to me that my account was only frozen for 30 days and it was responsible to pay. I argued with her that i told the girl at the front desk that i needed it frozen until i was fit enough to come back which i assumed they would just start billing me once i came back. She told me that is not how the freeze works and that i should have told them how long i wanted it frozen for (which i didn't even know the recovery timeline at that point). I told her i would be happy to get them a doctors note from my surgeon if thats what they need and also to see my check in history that i have not been back to the gym one time since i froze my account. I asked her to refreeze my account and she informed me i would have to pay over $130 in dues and fees for time that i was under the impression was frozen and i had not used their facilities. She refused to bend on her policy's or waive my fees and refreeze my account due to her staff not properly explaining their freeze policy when i froze it in the first place. I think this kind of Customer service is exactly why they have 2.5 star rating on Yelp already. I will not be returning as a member unless they make this right with me Period. Its a terrible way to treat your injured loyal members and Lose their business and membership in the future.

Are you going to get something that a bigger club has, like a basketball court, swimming pool, and such nope. But you get the personalization of the owner being there, the staff knowing who you are when you visit, and it is not overcrowded. The staff consistently exceeds expectations and is very personable when I am there. If you want a more personalized experience instead of your average overcrowded gym, give them a try.

Last year, they abruptly stopped accepting Active & Fit memberships with no real warning, forcing members to scramble and switch. I switched to Husk. Yesterday, I was informed they no longer accept Husk either. Just like that. Money already paid for the month, and I'm locked out of a gym I'm actively paying for. When I called to sort it out, I was told a manager would call me back so I could at least use the facility for the period I already paid. Instead, the person I spoke with on the phone laughed at me and hung up. Mind you, the manager never called me. The customer service is just the cherry on top of a very broken sundae. A sink in the facility has been propped up with a literal plank of wood for nearly a YEAR. Not repaired -- propped up with wood. The stretch room has barre handles affixed so loosely to the wall that they could snap off mid-use and seriously injure someone. Multiple pieces of equipment have loose bolts and missing washers. This is a liability waiting to happen. Paper towels and soap are routinely out -- in a gym, of all places. This place charges over $60 a month. For what, exactly? Broken fixtures, unsafe equipment, and staff that laughs at you when you have a legitimate concern? This location has been through 3+ ownership changes, and it's no surprise. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere that actually maintains its facility and respects its members. This is not it.

The "non-heated" yoga class is consistently overheated because the room is still set up for the hot class before it. --just a compromised experience every single time. That's not a scheduling issue, it's a lack of operational concern. Then there's the lighting. If you're on either side of the room, you're stuck with a bright light directly in your face the entire class. It kills focus and completely disrupts the environment. This has been brought up repeatedly, yet nothing changes--which at this point reads as indifference, not oversight. The sauna is even worse. The stone floor gets so hot it can burn your feet, while people walk in wearing sneakers--something that's both unsanitary and easily preventable if anyone enforced basic rules. On top of that, phones are allowed, which completely ruins the experience. You hear notifications, music, constant tapping--there's no quiet, no reset, no sense of calm. It defeats the entire purpose of being there. The relaxation areas aren't any better. There's no real attempt to maintain a quiet, restorative atmosphere. Noise carries, people treat it like a lounge, and the "zen" environment they advertise simply doesn't exist. And then there's the recovery area--where cost-cutting is painfully obvious. There's no staff consistently present, so if you want to use something as basic as a massage chair midday, you have to leave the third floor, go down to the fitness desk, and ask someone to turn it on. That's not convenience--that's friction built into a service you're already paying a premium for. All of this--for $330 a month. At that price point, these aren't minor complaints. They're fundamental failures. And the bigger issue is that none of this is new. These concerns have been raised over and over, and nothing changes. At some point, it stops being about the problems themselves and becomes about what the company is willing to tolerate. Right now, it's clear the standard isn't where it should be. Also, I keep being told to reach out to the management team. I have reached out to Susan more times and I can count with zero response. I don't know if this general manager position is remote but in all these years, I've only seen her once. And I don't get a response. He has a large selection of free weights, and machines to address every single muscle group. There is also treadmills, elliptical machines, stair stepper machine, and a variety of fitness balls and other loose equipment for that unique workout. There is a water cooler and disposable cups on site. Along with a fridge stocked with Gatorade, waters, and protein shakes. You just grab what you need and Venmo payment over. There is plenty, I mean PLENTY of sanitizing spray bottles and paper towels littered around the gym, to help keep the equipment clean and sanitized. With that being said. Here's the deal. This gym is not manned 24/7. This is an adults gym. No kids are allowed. You're expected to put things back the way you found them. That means, reracking weights, wiping down the equipment. Anyways, I came in on the premise of having a tour. As soon as I walked in the gentleman working advised me he would be right with me to tour but he was helping a client. I worked out by myself and toured the whole gym myself (not by choice). The stairmaster was extremely rusty and noisy. Furthermore, most of the equipment was extremely old and damaged, yet still functional. I was able to have a decent workout here. Would I recommend it? Not necessarily but if you had no other choice I suppose it would suffice.
