Then upon arrival offered to stay into their lunch time to accept my dogs so, that we wouldn't have to ride around town until they reopened. Once we arrived they were wonderful with my dogs who had been in the car for a while. Even though they were busy, remembered me and what I had told them about my dogs. They were overly helpful when we needed to extend our stay and then opened early on a Sunday just so we could get on the road home earlier. When I picked up my dogs they were happy, looked great and the staff was patient. Even giving me an itemized bill for insurance. I wish they were closer and I would love to give them more business. What a kind, caring and efficient staff! Thank you for making our experience seamless.

How does that happen when they should be in the crate with them? We paid extra for additional play and walks but how am I supposed to believe they did them when they are so sloppy? We love Happy Pup! Our pups have stayed there twice -- once for 10 days and another time for 6…read moredays. Lisa, one of the owners, is great at communicating both before and during our pups' stay. She's also great at meeting my husband and I and asking if we need help the moment we arrive. The indoor/outdoor shelter where our pups stay protects them from the elements and provides each of them with their own individual space. They are also given a long walk daily and provided a large area to play together. Every day, they are fed and given their medicine as prescribed. Our pups receive lots of attention and are happy to stay. Next time we need dog boarding services, we will return to Happy Pup.

The staff is excellent and the daycare is well priced for the amount of interactions and oversight the staff gives the pups. I am able to watch my dog from their cameras at work and she has a blast. Best part is she is so excited when we show up and exhausted when I pick her up. Going to start doing boarding with them next week because I feel I can truly trust this place.

Mylo is a year old and has been groomed several times. Pet Smart in Easley, two times at Pet Smart in Greenville on Woodruff Road and Camp Bow Wow on Haywood Road in Greenville. Most times at the other places he didn't look clean, not compared to the way he was groomed at PetSuites. He looked like he had been bleached, his coat is shiny and as white as snow. I was very impressed with the awesome job they did with Mylo. They cleaned his paws, they gave him the "ROYAL TREATMENT"! I highly recommend that you take your pet to be groomed at this establishment, they are the bomb!!

Wanted to love dog culture and have a place to take my girls so they could play and socialize. I dropped them off for a behavioral assessment the first time and my pit mix failed, as she has an aggressive play style. We have been working for months to teach her to play better with all dogs and have socialized her a lot more since then. I brought both of them back for another assessment, explained to them they need a little time to acclimate to the new area and new dogs. Within NINE MINUTES, they called me to come pick her up and said she failed again. There was absolutely no effort on their part to try to give her a chance and acclimate and no knowledge of how dogs interact. If they had given her at least 30 minutes even, I would have been ok with the outcome but 9 minutes isn't enough to tell anything about a dog or their behavior in a new environment. It seemed as though they had a problem with her being a pitbull and saw her as a threat. I also watched the live cam at their Greenville location and they are completely overcrowded with way too many dogs in each bay. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
