I'll even buy something, I just need a restroom!!" I did greet the employees. "Hey" apparently wasn't the greeting she expected, and she stopped to scold me, "We say HELLO first..." After handling the emergency, I returned to make a payment and calmly explained that I had not meant any disrespect and was simply in a difficult situation.
