I've been incorrectly overcharged for late fees and additional rent TWICE within months of notifying the company. I was told to vacate my unit after expressing my concerns and then charged for the month anyways WITH late fees already added for February. (it's 1/31) and haven't heard back from management in over a week. Management is ignoring the issues. After scrolling through other reviews, this is not an isolated incident. Keep track of all your invoices if you choose to use this company. They will scam you into paying additional rent and unnecessary fees then cover it up with each management change. I can't even go back to previous invoices with the new online system. As a veteran myself, not even living in the same state as the unit currently, it's become increasingly more difficult to make sure my things are stored properly without issue, this is completely unacceptable.

I have been a customer for several years now…read more The man who owns the place, Gary, is wonderful. The facility is always kept clean and has cameras for security. Plus, there is a small apartment at the location so there is someone there in the evenings to look after the place. They offer storage both climate controlled and not. As well as spaces for boats, RV's and the like. The facility is fenced but is open so that you can access your unit at all hours. There is a drop box for your payments so that will save you a stamp if you choose to use it. My favorite thing about this place is the fact that it is a "local" business and not a franchise. The owner is accessible if you need him and he is always happy to meet with you if you need him or his son, who helps out. If you are looking for a storage facility in this area, you cannot go wrong with Sycamore Mini Storage.

They asked for photos of the damage which I sent in but they refuse to send me the pictures they took so I could compare. Sent a generic form which only states the .60Lb and not the extra I paid for. On the form it asks a Claim Amount. Very wishy washy when it comes to damage and how to file a claim. Have done MANY moves with the military and was easy to file a claim but not with this private company.

One of the main reasons people visit different dealerships is to collect their local dealership shirts, but this store had very minimal inventory -- almost nothing to choose from. When I asked an employee if that was really all the selection they had, she had to go check, which tells me they weren't even aware of how little was available. That lack of awareness, combined with the poor selection, made the trip feel like a waste. I was greeted when I walked in, but overall the service was not great. For a Harley-Davidson dealership, I expected more. This is the first Harley store I've ever left disappointed.
