After arriving home, my children noticed the bottom of his butt and the back of his legs were bear skin. We do not and have never shaved our aussies. I went back to dreamy dogs and asked why they did that to my dog. I was told that his hair was matted, which is not true. Then I was told that by the MANAGER that I was committing animal cruelty, because my dogs hair was mattes I did inform the manager that I have actually put people in jail for animal cruelty and The manager was simply trying to find a way out of their wrongdoings. Mind you while I'm speaking to the manager. She's got a toddler hanging from her neck the entire time. Doctor Syler and her entire staff were so very kind, compassionate and caring. The Vet techs were so very loving with our little Toto and she was very comfortable with them and the way they handled her. For that we are thankful. Doctor Syler was so very easy to talk to. She answered all of our questions and put some concerns to rest as well. She also made some very good recommendations in regard to dental care for our little one as well.
