The two young girls working never came out from behind the checkout counter, so we went to them. We asked about the ANF hats (whether or not they had more styles) and they simply gave a generic reply, "everything we have is out." I'm not even sure one of the girls knew what we were referring to when we said ANF (America Needs Farmers). The store is brand new so it still has that new store smell, and is very clean and organized. Some music would have been nice because the shop was so quiet. Would not be my go-to place for Iowa merch, but they had some unique stuff if you aren't on a budget. Inventory is highly overpriced (imo).

They are so bold and out here with their products and if you've got any halfway decent sense of humor, you are sure to find a ton of goodies here to appreciate and purchase! This store encapsulates the Midwesterner state of mind perfectly and I just absolutely love it! This specific Raygun store is located in the extremely quaint and cute downtown Cedar Falls area and so at the front of the store in particular, they have specific products and merch geared towards Cedar Falls especially! I believe one of their bigger stores is located within Des Moines and I will be visiting it very soon and can't wait to see what delightfully fun finds I discover here! My only request to Raygun is for some more representation of other states in the Midwest! As an Iowa-based company, I obviously see and understand the overwhelming majority of Iowa-related products, but I've also seen some Kansas and Ohio merch as well and as a Michigander, I would really love some Michigan representation too! We reached out to multiple local apparel vendors and received multiple quotes. We were most impressed with the customer service from IMS Branded Solutions, which is the primary reason we switched. We have been working with Trey at IMS Branded Solutions since late February. We are just getting our big apparel order this week, and I cannot speak highly enough of his great communication. He's answered a billion questions that we've had (our leadership team is fearful of change!), he let us come in and pick out apparel, he built out our online store (this is my new favorite thing), he got us gift card codes to provide to our staff, and the "swag' we've received so far has been great quality. Seriously - pens, carabiners, hats....they're SO nice. We look forward to continuing to work with Trey and IMS Branded Solutions for many years to come. An employee came out to his car (wearing a mask! ), took his payment and coupon and gave him the hat (which was a great surprise to me!). My dad offered him a tip, but he wouldn't take it - that's how appreciative dad was. Not only did dad get to buy something on his own, but it helped him feel independent, which has been nearly impossible since this virus hit us. Thank you BBB people! I love my dad so much. I ordered groceries to be delivered. Less than half of the items arrived. I tried calling the…read morestore, who transferred me to the pick up and delivery department, but as usual, they never answered. I finally just called 1-800-Walmart. The AI assistant tried to help me but told me I couldn't get the rest of the groceries, and a technical error prevented her from refunding me. I asked to be transferred to a real person. He was actually able to help me, although replacing my missing items was not an option. He processed my refund and was very pleasant. This is not the first time that a delivery from this Walmart has been botched. As a matter of fact, it's either missing items or simply not delivered at least 50% of the time. If it wasn't for the decent prices, I'd quit going there altogether. So frustrating!
