I took my 8-year-old cat in because I suspected a UTI. They had me drop her off for the day to try…read moreto get a urine sample. After 7 hours, they called and said they couldn't get one and sent her home with no treatment. They also admitted they didn't give her food or water during that time which could've possibly help with getting a sample. I was told they wouldn't provide any medication without a sample and basically offered no real solution. I later realized she was supposed to get her rabies shot, by law, and I had to call them to ask about it. My card was charged $94.76 for the shot, but when the receipt arrived, the vaccine was only $27 and they added a $65 exam fee, even though they told me I wouldn't be charged for the day. The paperwork even listed her weight as 0 lbs. When I questioned the charge, they said it would just be a credit on my account--not a refund. As if I'd ever come back. I took my cat to another local vet who got a urine sample in minutes, confirmed the infection, treated her, and she's now feeling much better. This place wasted time, overcharged me, and did nothing to help my sick cat. I would not recommend them, especially for cats or urgent issues.
