Despite this and the premium $55 price, the results were far from acceptable. I requested no product, yet product was applied anyway; once I was home and washed it off, I realized the cut was significantly worse than I initially anticipated. There was zero attention to detail, and the final look is completely unfinished. For a professional service that I proactively invested extra time and money into, this level of execution is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

She's the only barber in her shop, works her own hours, and takes appointments only (via walk-in, call, or text), and just a heads up--it's cash only. Marie's been doing this for years, and her experience truly shows. She's friendly, detailed, and has some reference photos posted to help guide your vision. She'll always give you a realistic, clean cut that suits you. I brought both my husband and son in--my son's hair was getting long and covering his eyes, and my husband needed a haircut rescue. He had gone to his usual shop, tried a new barber and a slick-back style to surprise me, but his hair wasn't long enough and his natural waves made it stick up awkwardly like a pompadour. It completely turned me off, and he knew it too. So we headed to Marie's. She took both of our feedback seriously and somehow worked her magic--by the time she was done, my husband looked great again and even joked that she saved our marriage because his wife finally loved him again. She also gave my son a fresh, styled cut that he really liked too. To top it all off, the prices were shockingly affordable--only around $30 for both haircuts, when most places charge $40 for just one men's haircut. Marie is also very prompt and books in 30-minute increments, so if you're more than 5-10 minutes late, you'll need to reschedule--but she is absolutely worth it!
