Pretty sure Michael is a genius or some kind of wizard. First of all, if you get the chance, take his FREE class about the home-buying process. My wife and I were first-timers but even vets can learn something from this guy. His perspective is fresh and very buyer-friendly. I went in absolutely intimidated by the idea of purchasing real estate and walked out feeling ready for action. So, that was great, but it's not even the best part. Michael sent us a dozen or so listings following the class in order to feel out what we did and didn't like about our potential new home. If I could give him 100 stars, I would. Buying a house is a scary, complicated thing. Michael made everything so easy! When we started to look into buying a home, I went to open houses to shop for a realtor. We met Michael at the second open house. He was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He let us know that he puts his clients thru a free three hour class to educate them on the entire process from start to finish. This was exactly what I wanted. I was researching myself and it was really confusing and as someone whole likes to know everything, it sounded like what I needed. This is a three hour "class" and he accommodated a time that worked for our schedule. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was amazing!! More than I could have asked for. When we left, we knew exactly what to expect thru the entire process. He was sensitive to what we were comfortable with for cost and gave us homework to find things in a range lower than what we discussed and that he would look for houses above to the top of our budget. He also made us come up with a top 10 list so we were all on the same page on what we could and could not live with. This isn't even the best part about working with Michael. Like most people, we expected to find something between 6-9 months. We had our class with Michael on Tuesday and had an offer on our house accepted by Monday.
