She then agreed to reimburse me if I purchased 2 new hats since they didn'thave any in the store. When I sent her the receipt, she initially refused to reimburse me because the hats were more expensive than what I had initially paid. She ultimately agreed to reimburse me via text, and she also agreed to do the embroidery for free on the new hats; however, when I went in to place the new order, she told me she would not give me my money back for the 2 hats she messed up because it would have to come out of her pocket. Fortunately, our communication was via text msg and when she called security, they sided with me. The lady who does the embroidery is a liar, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with this company.

When my husband brought in our chairs and mentioned that he would be choosing the fabric because I worked during David's regular hours, David graciously offered to meet with us on a Saturday so I could make the selection myself. The finished chairs are absolutely beautiful! His craftsmanship is exceptional, the turnaround time was reasonable, and the price was very fair. David truly gave our chairs a whole new life, and they look perfect in my office. Abel's has definitely earned a customer for life. I highly recommend David to anyone looking for beautiful, high quality upholstery work and outstanding personal service!
