Customer service is terrible. I am more than disappointed in how the job was handled. Emailed asking for a quote and sent examples of what I wanted. I was emailed asking to call and leave a credit card in order to start the job. It was Thursday at 5pm, their closing hours, so I did not call back right away. Over the weekend I made edits to my signs since I believed they wouldn't start the job until they had payment. I called 9 AM Monday and then was told that the job was already printed. I was charged for a sign I did not want. No offer to remedy their mistake. It left a poor taste in my mouth. To make matters worse, they overcharged me for what was originally quoted and charged my card without confirmation that the quote had changed. No response when trying to reach a resolution. As a business owner myself I feel like miscommunication on their side should have been taken accountability for.

They had the signage and were five minutes from the location that I needed. The league city gypsies did not have the signage available until the next day and we're 45 minutes from the location. But, they were not willing to give approval for Deer Park to help out and wanted us to wait a day after the new baby arrived home so that they could provide the signage. Very, very poor customer service and greed prevented us from welcoming a new baby home which could've been so easy. This business definitely needs strong training in customer service.!! I understand that each franchise has their certain territories, but if willing to allow, one from another area can provide the service if needed. I was told the shirts would then be ready in about two weeks. I come to pick them up and they are NOT ready. I am slightly annoyed but said "Okay, mistakes happen." The manager gave me his word that they'd be ready next time so I gave them another week to fulfill the order. When I return to pick up the replacement shirts a week later, I'm told they are STILL NOT READY and was never told ahead of time that it would be delayed YET AGAIN. This is completely unacceptable and by far the worst experience I had with a printing company. I finally got my shirts weeks after the initial purchase and I will NEVER be returning.
