They also had a TON of balloon colors, if I'd have realized I'd be getting my helium tank from them, I would have waited on the balloons and just gotten them there as a one stop shop. Soooo many options and they had the supplies for arches, clusters, you name it all readily available as well. I don't live by the area so they were nice and sent me photos as a guide to see what I was looking for. I sent them the different ones I had an idea and they luckily knew what I meant. Furthermore, they provided no receipt, no invoice, and no documentation for the payment. This complete lack of professionalism and refusal to refund after such a short period is unacceptable. Be extremely cautious when dealing with this vendor, especially regarding payments and deposits.
