Extremely dissatisfied with my haircut and VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!…read more The owner is very rude and unwilling to take any responsibility for her stylists and is very quick to blame the customer. Very quick to throw you under the bus and make everything your fault. My haircut was terrible! Owner ditched me when I came in for appt and tossed me to someone new to "build up her clientele" so basically I was a Guinea pig. When I confronted her for putting me in a very awkward situation she basically said she normally doesn't take new customers unless referred by existing customer, however had no problem taking my appointment!! Goo luck to people looking for satisfaction at Elite Salon!!!

She does the prettiest hair color I've ever had. (And I've had a LOT of hair colors!) Also she uses natural products which was important to me when I was pregnant. Finding a hair stylist who will do what you ask (instead of giving you the hair cut they think you need) is pretty much priceless, which is why I won't go anywhere else. I've seen another girl there, Rene, doing hair and it looks like she's really good too. She's never done my hair, but *if* I was ever going to "cheat" on Elizabeth that's who I'd go to. It's usually pretty easy to get an appointment.

Humm what can be said for a "beauty shop" chain in Mineral Wells…read more... Lets do my favorite thing and make a list.... Pros ------ They specialize in mullets. Its usually easy to get in - because most people in this town just cut their own hair, with the kitchen scissors, or a flowbee. Should you want something other then a mullet they have look books - I didnt say they can actually do any of the styles you'll see - but they DO have the books. The shop is always clean and tidy, and staff seems friendly. Cons -------- You'll actually have to pay real money for your mullet. Most of their employees are either fresh out of "beauty school" or have already burned all their bridges at every other shop in town. This is kind of last resort job for the aspiring beautician. All that being said - its hard to find a good stylist in Mineral Wells, so if you need a VERY basic trim, and you keep an eye on your Smart Looks Stylist and make sure she actually understands what half an inch actually is then you should be fine. p.s. I've actually heard the words "I can cut your hair to look like George Bush's if thats the kind of clean cut your going for" That should have been the mans cue to leave - but he didnt. In fact he was honored...

The ABSOLUTE best haircut of my life. Is that even a thing? YES. Noah is incredible, PLEASE TRUST…read moreHIM. He knows faces and cuts. I had really long hair and was scared to cut and he only cut to my clavicle, and I have never felt better or received more compliments in my life. My husband, who has NEVER noticed a cut before and has always said he preferred very long hair, has complimented me 4x worried he hadn't said anything and I've gotten a plethora of other compliments from friends and family and even from random people! Yet, even on top of all that, he is just genuinely a great person and wonderful man. I've always hated the way I looked and hated looking in the mirror. He made me feel so at ease and even comfortable with myself. THAT is true art of skill and heart. Thank you, Noah!

Gloria does wonderful updos and color as well as lash extenions. Stay clear of Lauren however. I've never seen anyone treat staff members and customers the way she does. Spare yourself the aggravation and avoid her!
