Very large market to check out, beautiful fruit and vegetables to temp you. Deli, bakery, jellies, they had it all. What got our attention was the homemade goodies displayed and I cannot pass up cookies and pie's! Even though it was 4:00PM, they still had ample choices to choose from. We purchased a package with 8 Ginger Snap cookies and also purchased a Cherry Pie. The pie was 20.00 and it was pretty heavy, hmm, loaded with lots of cherries you think ??? Cookies were 5.70. Ladies were very sweet and appreciative of our purchase. We both had a cookie for the drive home, husband loves these cookies and they were fresh, moist and darn tasty. Had a slice of pie after dinner and I must give credit, when credit is due, it was delicious, worth the 20.00. At the country market's, that's pretty much the going rate, give or take 1.00.
