I appreciated the prompt communication from the business when I requested pickup a bit early. I wasn't able to make it during their business hours, but let them know a courier would arrive to do so on my behalf. They immediately let me know when the order was picked up, and even sent a nice thank you. The chocolates themselves were beautiful. We purchased a larger assortment, and I loved the creative flavor options and wide variety of flavors to fit every palate. Our gift recipients gave them rave reviews. Supporting a local artisanal maker is worth the additional cost to me, and knowing the assortment was something that couldn't be found in a Godiva box made it all the more special & unique. We will absolutely be back as these chocolates make unique and delicious gifts.

Keeping them in fridge will prolong freshness as well. The truffles will be good for months if no nut butters are added, texture will only begin to be compromised." Great customer service from a local small biz. Both boxes have beautiful wrappers and would make such a nice gift if I didn't eat them all already :)

While the cashier didn't care if I lived or died after I told her how hard the decision was of choosing a pastry, i settled on a regular vanilla with vanilla icing. The crumb reminded me of the heavy butter cake from Mastro's. Kinda like cornbread if you've never had their butter cake. I prefer my cupcake slightly less dense. The frosting was good but felt like it didn't go well with the cake for some reason. After looking at the photo I took i wish i had leaned for a more adventurous flavor, but I'm just thankful I didn't get their gluten free/vegan option on accident!
