Examples; I informed her that our mortgage company had recently paid our taxes and could we remove that from the closing cost. Her reply was " Might be but treasures website not posted so we cannot do anything with that " . That was her complete response. Because we were closing on the 6th of June and we would be making another mortgage payment before closing, I asked her when she would be updating the payoff amount. Her response, "I can have processing update the payoff for ya and if taxes are posted, I can reflect that, if not, I pay and then you will be refunded from either the county or me based on who's payment gets posted first. Tis the season LOL ". Never answered my question of 'when?'. I asked to have contact information for her supervisor and she never replied! The final horrible experience I had with her was at closing. I asked for a transaction receipt for the wire transfer to our new title company. She had a big ugly scene with me, in front of seven other people, about how I was stupid for me to ask and that she is "Professional". She never provided the receipt. There are many more examples of her cavalier and unprofessional attitude. Too many to list here. I would totally avoid this office! She is a piece of work. I don't recall ever feeling so angry at someone I am paying.

They should be ashamed of themselves for teaching their younger family members how to rip people off. The place we rented in Loveland was really run down and dirty. We spent 2 weeks cleaning it before we could move it. We latterly gave them over a hundred pictures proving how bad it was. They promised they would repair the deck as it was dangerously falling apart. Of course they never did. We had to move because the Owners wanted to sell. We took very good care of the place. When we moved out it was really clean. We hired a cleaning company to come in and go over it again just to be sure. We also hired a carpet cleaning company and a landscape company to come mow. They cut a tree down right before we moved out leaving wood all over the yard. They took $700 of our deposit for a huge dumpster. I went by after we moved out and they have a very nice deck out back. When we moved out they would not come meet with us to do an inspection. They said the Owners would do the inspection. Our deposit was $1,800. They gave us back $600. Of course they took so long to send our deposit back that we needed the money so we didn't go to court. My advise is to read the reviews of all property management companies before renting from them and stay away from this one. Loretta G.
