They should be ashamed of themselves for teaching their younger family members how to rip people off. The place we rented in Loveland was really run down and dirty. We spent 2 weeks cleaning it before we could move it. We latterly gave them over a hundred pictures proving how bad it was. They promised they would repair the deck as it was dangerously falling apart. Of course they never did. We had to move because the Owners wanted to sell. We took very good care of the place. When we moved out it was really clean. We hired a cleaning company to come in and go over it again just to be sure. We also hired a carpet cleaning company and a landscape company to come mow. They cut a tree down right before we moved out leaving wood all over the yard. They took $700 of our deposit for a huge dumpster. I went by after we moved out and they have a very nice deck out back. When we moved out they would not come meet with us to do an inspection. They said the Owners would do the inspection. Our deposit was $1,800. They gave us back $600. Of course they took so long to send our deposit back that we needed the money so we didn't go to court. They recently deleted their old reviews from their previous address.. People still need to be aware how Diane Quigley and her family associates does business. Here is my story and people have thr right to know... True Abundance Property Management lied about their contractors they hired to clean the home my family live in for almost 4 years. We followed the guidelines to cleaning the home by hiring a carpet cleaner and provided a receipt as required. We cleaned the front and back yard and all cleaned. They also hired a week later a maintenance contractor to re-cut the yard while the fall season and sprinkler system was already shut off. Which he claimed the grass was neglected and tall grass because of the sprinkler system being on, which it was not in the month of October. We took pictures of the entire property(home) to prove we left the home as we received it almost 4 years. Plus, the maintenance gentleman pained one room charged $250 and we were charged for over $1000. In small claims court under oath he mentioned he only pained one room and charged $250 and charged yard cleaning $134, but on out statement refund it stated $250,134,& $1000.We were charged a water bill of $200 and that was incorrect and later resolved with the city of Windsor. We were charged for home cleaning of $450 when my friend and myself cleaned the entire home of 4 bedrooms 2 full baths, two living rooms and kitchen while I had pictures showing the rooms and kitchen was clean. True Abundance Property Management in my opinion take advantage of tenants. We started the move in over $4000 with the $2700 first and last month rent. We were only received $96.46 of the of the 2700 deposit. We went to small claims court and won our case and received over $1400 of the $2700 deposit. I believe other tenants need to fight back from True Abundance Property Management who seem to take advantage of tenets who leave on good terms as we did. We won our small claims court while their lawyer was threating us that if we lose the case that he was very confident in winning that his lawyer fees are very expensive. Their lawyer shook my hand and told me I did a very good job fighting for my deposit money that was rightfully mine. Diane thought she was going to win and didn't even bring her checkbook to court to pay me. She is a true scammer with deposits she likes to keep from hard working individuals. Tents have the right to fight for what is right when it comes down to deposits returned fairly and not taken advantage of like True Abundance Property Management tried with us. DON'T BE AFRAID! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Apartment has backed up with sewage 3 times in the past week and their emergency contact number won't respond to anyone. on top of that they never mail or email you a bill for anything, they just expect you to know what you owe. This company will try to scam you out of every dollar you have. They do not follow standard business ethics nor do they care to. They are horribly rude, have no follow through on their word, and do not care about their renters. They are impossible to get a hold of and no person in that office communicates what needs to be communicated. They will ask you during the application process for a certain amount of money to perform a background check, however, I have doubts that they actually order a background check due to the neighbors I ran into while renting from them. If you want a property management company you have to constantly call to figure out billing, maintenance, or even to just talk to the correct person, choose True Abundance, for they fully know how to make your renting experience horrible. read more

I will completely agree with Honest R's review. Though the list of property managers that I've rented from is not a long one, I feel confident that I now have a "undesirable experience" to add to the list. While the property in itself was actually very nice, True Abundance was an absolute nightmare to work with. Not only was there an obvious and complete lack of communication and infrastructure among the employees, but nearly every representative that we had contact with failed to demonstrate even the slightest customer service. This is unacceptable for a business. Although we persisted for multiple years as extremely low-maintanence tenants (never paid laid, never caused property damage, maintained a cleanliness BETTER than found upon arrival, etc.) we were consistently treated as delinquents. Not to mention charged erroneous for fees that were not disclosed ahead of time. Again, unacceptable for a business. This review is not meant to satisfy a vendetta that I carry toward True Abundance, but rather to enlighten any employees that may still be present and warn future tenants against the prospect of renting from this company. read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I've never experienced a more unprofessional, inconvenient, or shady company. This company is only open from 9-2 so it's next to impossible to ever get a hold of them. They do NOT follow business ethics. They love to do things under the table and keep you in the dark about everything. When returning my security deposit they sent a check for over $1,000, in my name, to the property that I HAD ALREADY MOVED OUT OF. They literally returned the security deposit of that property and sent it to the property knowing I didn't live there anymore. I can not understand who that made sense to. I rented from them for just over two years. I never had a problem with them however the owner and maintenance men are another story. The maintenance men went through my personal stuff while they were there they are not to be trusted and the apartment began to get mold I have the pictures to prove it. They maintenance men cleaned it send told me if I kept any furniture against the walls I was going to be charged 110 because the mold was my fault. I have picture of how bad it got. Then I had the apartment professionally cleaned and carpets cleaned and I have many picture's of this to from when I moved out and the owner still kept have off my deposit. read more
