We purchased our first rental property in Greeley and worked with a management company that…read moreeventually left the business. My wife found 365 along with several others online and we interviewed them on the phone. We visited with Susie and Dave at 365 to discuss having them manage our property. The first meeting, the application process and the initiation of service were all easy. Their story is that they had some properties themselves and felt that they needed to manage the properties themselves to improve the quality. Well they were right! We have been with them for over a year and they do not fail to impress. With our old property management company we had to constantly follow up to ensure things got done. This is not the case with 365. Things get done right the first time and the charges seem reasonable. Estimates are provided and costs targets maintained for in-house maintenance. When outside contractors are hired they solicit quotations and manage the work with little or no additional charges. You can trust them with your wallet because they are straight-shooters and hard workers with integrity. Their service does not stop there. While keeping our financial interests in mind they are always responsive to our tenants and we have not received complaints about how they are treated either. It is a refreshing thing indeed to meet with fellow business people who "do what they say they will do." Kudos also to Melinda, Rhonda and Rob. Please keep up the great work team 365!

Do not rent any property from 365 real property Management they have no problem just leaving you…read morewaiting on maintenance lists as well as sending inner office emails or they like to refer to their tenants as pests and they will call your guests names and tell them they can't come to the property anymore. This place was a move-in fire hazard I wish I would have been paying attention no fireproof front door no smoke detectors in the unit no nothing when I moved in should have taken him to court then probably still can now. The whole office has no business ethic or value.

They should be ashamed of themselves for teaching their younger family members how to rip people off. The place we rented in Loveland was really run down and dirty. We spent 2 weeks cleaning it before we could move it. We latterly gave them over a hundred pictures proving how bad it was. They promised they would repair the deck as it was dangerously falling apart. Of course they never did. We had to move because the Owners wanted to sell. We took very good care of the place. When we moved out it was really clean. We hired a cleaning company to come in and go over it again just to be sure. We also hired a carpet cleaning company and a landscape company to come mow. They cut a tree down right before we moved out leaving wood all over the yard. They took $700 of our deposit for a huge dumpster. I went by after we moved out and they have a very nice deck out back. When we moved out they would not come meet with us to do an inspection. They said the Owners would do the inspection. Our deposit was $1,800. They gave us back $600. Of course they took so long to send our deposit back that we needed the money so we didn't go to court. My advise is to read the reviews of all property management companies before renting from them and stay away from this one. Loretta G.

I don't know where to start with these people worse community management ever. I have called…read morenumerous times left messages. No response. I even called the city of Evans. And I got an email right away from cause the Evans contacted them. I haven't heard anything from him? Over 2 months now but they can come by and take pictures of your house with something wrong and send you a letter real quick. Or they can try to put a lien on your house. If you don't pay the dues.Which people have told me that they've paid the dues and the check never went to the bank. I left my trash can outside my house 1 day and I got a letter in the mail. Saying it's illegal to have your trash can and had to take care of it, or you're gonna fine me? Nobody returned phone calls Hardly. So maybe I'll just get the city of Evans back in the picture and maybe I can get something taken care of that way. Since they don't wanna do anything about it, they want their money. They do not respond to my emails and calls regarding problems with neighbors who rent the house…read moreadjacent my home, which I own. Therefore, you are forced to take other routes of action to take care of any problems. This has been going on for at least 3 to 4 years. My advice would be to introduce yourself to the staff at Property Technica and let them know, as an owner, what you fully expect. That way when they get your call, they won't be surprised. That doesn't mean the problem will be solved, but at least they will know you. And won't be surprised when you take other routes of action to resolve the problem. And yes, I have communicated with the tenant several times in person things get better for a few weeks and then they go back to the way undesirable things were. I have owned my house in Greeley 32 years and have never had this problem, yet have had several neighbors that Property Technica manages the property for. I am not sure why this tenant is getting away with damaging remarks and damage to my lawn that has incurred. Nine months ago, someone through cinderblocks through his front windows and the back window of his car and broke them all out, and his kids were in the house. The cops have been there more than once. To give Property Technica much credit, most of the problems have been structural, and they have attempted to fix it even though it is not a professional job.

They refused to call me my authentic name and insisted on calling me the name on my ID (which is different than the name everyone in my life, including my doctors, calls me) until I came out to them as transgender. Only then, after being forced to out myself to people I was not going to out myself to, did they call me the proper name. The way I was treated about my name is a violation of Colorado state law, because gender identity and presentation is protected. We were also denied the apartment and I have reason to believe it was because I'm transgender. Do not rent from these people if you're on the LGBTQ+ spectrum. There was also a minor problem with some missing information on my application and their rental agent, Julio, without my asking so, said he could bring it to my current residence. I find this highly inappropriate because they have no reason to come to or offer to come to my home to make me fill out paperwork. It wasn't such an emergency to justify this behavior. Julio didn't even offer an apology to my spouse when my spouse went in to fix the issue on my behalf. We were offered an apology only after filing an official complaint with the office manager.
