I don't know where to start with these people worse community management ever. I have called numerous times left messages. No response. I even called the city of Evans. And I got an email right away from cause the Evans contacted them. I haven't heard anything from him? Over 2 months now but they can come by and take pictures of your house with something wrong and send you a letter real quick. Or they can try to put a lien on your house. If you don't pay the dues.Which people have told me that they've paid the dues and the check never went to the bank. I left my trash can outside my house 1 day and I got a letter in the mail. Saying it's illegal to have your trash can and had to take care of it, or you're gonna fine me? Nobody returned phone calls Hardly. So maybe I'll just get the city of Evans back in the picture and maybe I can get something taken care of that way. Since they don't wanna do anything about it, they want their money. Place sucks keep getting harassed all the time. Looks like shit. Nothing works all the amenities are a joke tore out my plants in the front yard that I bought along with soil keep putting towing stickers on my truck when in visitors spot but they dont care about anyone else that lies there parks there. Worst community management ever. If you call them about a fire hazard in your building that affects other residents, they won't even try to help, they just say "not our problem". I had a water heater blow up while I was on vacation and the woman below me had water dripping into her place and they refused to call me to let me even know about it, they just told her it's not their problem. Even though I was out of town for 9 days and she had water dripping into her condo! We had a bad wind storm in May 2018 that kicked up a bunch of rocks and it took them until October to fix the rocks. They don't hire someone to do landscaping, they have an old senile man who mows our grass and he misses spots and never goes to fix them - our yard looks horrible most of the time. They always want more money and send late fee notices with due dates that are before they even postmarked the letter. And to top it all off, now they're demanding every resident of my 190 condo complex pay them $3550 each to fix roof damage, there's no way their deductible is $675000 what are they doing with the $175 we pay them every month??? Clearly not paying their insurance premiums. They're very open about not being responsible for anything walls in - so why am I suddenly responsible for walls-out??? That's your JOB as an HOA. YOU are responsible for walls out. Wtf?? Worst HOA ever. After this horrible experience, I will never buy a property with an HOA again. When I tell people I hate my HOA they say "yeah, they all suck" but then I tell them the shit GCM and Fox Crossing have actually done, they're shocked that this HOA is so horrible. GCM's communication is terrible. We received two "Courtesy Notices" regarding a basketball hoop we had at the end of our dead-end cul de sac. The notice reminded us that part of our HOA dues go to employing a company for snow removal (we know) and asked that we move it so that it wouldn't be in the way of the snow removal crews. There is no snow in sight much less any need for snow removal. The next message they sent us requested that when the basketball hoop is not in use that we store it on our property and to do this as soon as possible to avoid being fined. NO implications of fines in the first communication, only that it would be in the way of snow removal crews. No dates to have it moved by only the vague phrase "as soon as possible". read more

Greeley Community management is one of the worst place I have ever in my life had to deal with. Most of the staff in unpleasant, not helpful, and rude. They don't return phone calls or emails in any sort of a timely fashion. They don't stick to timelines they set. They are just a horrible HOA. I have to continue to deal with them because our house is within their HOA but if I could put a sign in my yard stating what a terrible place they are I would. I am not sure if the owner is unaware, doesn't care, or thinks this is a way to run a business but this place SUCKS!!! Meg and all her staff are horrible. Julie, there so called bookkeeper or AP person is the worst. She fails to send checks to the bank and holds onto them until late fees accumulate and then sends out threats to put a lien on your property. I will be contacting legal help. read more

Company does not send accurate or timely billing statements. Company does not respond to requests to return overpayment of dues.

I cannot in any way, shape or form express my disdain for the company! Their customer service is horrible, communication horrible, thier entire goal is to charge you fee's and take tour money. They have made entirely to many mistakes with my account and property, to consider them anything other than a joke. Not to mention the individuals they hire are rude, trashy and extremely unhelpful. If they could receive a negitve it would be a -5. I wish I could give more detail however this will be the second time I've taken them to court. I have had multiply negative encounters with Greeley Community Management company in Summer Park condos along with my neighbors. From dealing with Evelyn Kehl, (owner manager) shouting and at me and slamming my door, to employers of G.C.M accusing me and shouting at me in a complete out of control jaw dropping experience. I have never dealt with such discriminating, disrespectful, and wrongful people in my life. We have now given our landlord our one months notice that we will be moving out due to the way we have been treated by the Greeley Community Management. My condo is located on the end of the unit where there is a large area between us and the garage of another complex. Along the wall of the other complex there is a no parking sign. Along the side by my sliding door there is no sign saying i cannot park there. Although many cars park there throughout the day, it is my car (Jaguar) and my car only that is ticketed from G.C.M. After receiving two $50 fines within a week i stopped parking there. For over 8 months i've watched cars park there each day. I've taken a picture of each car. Finely i decided i had built up enough pictures of other cars who had not been ticketed that i would park there again to see if my car would be again discriminated against. I began parking my car in the space just as the other cars. AT 7:30 this morning my door bell was being repeatedly rung in a manner which made me and my family think that there was an emergency. I jumped out of bed and ran to my door worried. I opened the door to Evelyn Kehl. She shouted "MOVE YOUR CAR NOW! OR I WILL HAVE IT TOWED!". I calmly told her i would and that i was aware that all other cars where allowed to park there. She continued shouting out of control telling me she did not care about the other cars that me wanted MY car to move NOW. After her fit was finished she THROUGH her bussiness card on the floor in my house, reached in to grab the door and SLAMMED it. I then moved my car within 5 minutes. My father a retired Colorado State Patrolman and fireman told me the space was legal to park in. I was told by my landlord I could park there. His realtor when he purchased the condo told him he could park in the space. I was even told by the people who's garage back up to the space that they had special permission to park there and I could too. Think thats an upsetting encounter? Theres more. Our swimming pool at Summer Park has an issue of non residence and teenagers sneaking in it all the time. Many times there are no chairs available because of this continuing problem. When i went to the pool i scanned my card that only residence have, I started to open the gate and it was shut immediately from the inside. I replied yes. Wondering, do you? She said, " NO, i mean do you REALLY live here?" I told her yes clearly since i have a key card and I told her which building and condo i lived in. She then let me into the pool area. I confronted her calmly about how rude that was of her and that i did not appreciate being treated like a person who was trying to sneak in. It is an overstatement to say she gave me a half hearted "sorry". I walked to the opposite side of the pool with my guest (brother). I began talking to another pool regular. She asked, and i told her what had happened without detail. Our conversation quickly changed. As we chatted we saw the lady from the gate storming over to us. She stared at us while we talked and she got closer. We looked up at her implying our wonder of what she needed. She began yelling at us saying she thought we were talking about her. As if we were in middle school and we were talking behind her back. We told her no and told her what we had been talking about. She then came right up to my faces accusing me (20) of not being old enough to be at the pool without an adult. When i tried to talk she said to me, " You have no say, your parents probably pay your rent anyways." She continued yelling at us out of control while all three of us, the other pool regular, my brother and i, stared at her behavior. We have been repeatedly harassed by G.C.M. There is more but I have no more time to waste dealing with these unprofessional and disrespectful people. I encourage anyone who is looking into G.C.M to manage their property to think twice. read more

This outfit is TERRIBLE!!! The receptionist is good but unable to answer most questions. Managers don't return phone calls, they seem to have trouble posting fees to the proper accounts, can't seem to properly schedule meetings and the list goes on. Honestly, in all my dealings with HOA and management companies, this one by far is the worst. They are simply rude to everyone and seem to forget who is paying for their existence. I would encourage anyone or neighboorhood considering to use this company to just call and act like you live in a neighborhood they currently manage to get an idea of how their service really is.
