My husband and I were so impressed with her work on my art that we requested our realtor hire her to photograph our home when we put it up for sale. I must say, she has a great attention to detail and a terrific eye! She photographed our home and really differentiated it from all the other basic realty listing photos you see. Shannon highlighted architectural features inside and out. She also moved some accessories around (with permission) to set up a better shot to show how the quartz countertops sparkled in the light. Her photos actually showed how our home was laid out! You could see where one room flowed into another and the views that you would see from different areas in our home. You could tell that if you are standing at the top of the stairs you could see the kitchen over the ¾ wall to the right, the dining room and the living area. We had multiple offers on our home, including one for the full asking price, within 10 days. Our realtor even had a person harass her because we signed a contract before she could get out to see it person and put in an offer! To me, that says a lot about the quality of the photos! Went to Rocky Mountain Photography to get a photo for Japanese passport. I called about 30 mins…read moreprior to arriving to check the availability, and they were able to accommodate me no problem even with the last minute appointment. The studio has a warm and friendly atmosphere with friendly guys and their dogs welcoming you as soon as you enter. They have a few different rooms and setups for different photoshoot requirements/needs. Jeff took about two dozen pictures of me and went through them with me to choose the best one, then he went over the specific sizing requirements for Japanese passport and cropped the picture accordingly. The whole process took probably about 30 minutes and the photo came out great, and I very much enjoyed my time there.
