It's an ice cream shop that serves ice cream sandwiches with cookies and ice cream, or sundaes with a big brownie or bigger cookie in a round pan with choice of ice cream and toppings. You can choose which flavor of cookies, even two different ones, to put on the outside of your choice of flavor of ice cream. They also offer just regular ice cream cones. My experience: I came the 2nd day of their opening, Sat 4 June 2022, and it was packed. I got the blueberry cookie, their featured cookie, on one side and the ooey gooey batter cookie on the other side. I got the Baked Bear blue ice cream. They warm the cookies up for you if you want. I did and my blueberry cookie kind of stuck to the bottom of the cardboard open container they put it in, but it's being eaten anyway so that's ok. The ice cream is delicious, the cookies are good, the price is steep. For two ice cream sandwiches we paid $14!! They put too much ice cream in between the cookies which makes it difficult to eat. I would prefer less ice cream and a lower price, but the components tasted good individually. I don't plan on returning just because there are cheaper places to grab some ice cream. read more

My husband and I shared a Bear bowl with the brownie and a scoop of cookie dough ice cream. The bowl with the warm brownie was a great idea. The cookie dough ice cream was OK but I think I would have like another flavor much better. It really didn't taste all that much different than vanilla to me. The store is small, but there are about 5 tables with uncomfortable chairs. The menu is small but decently priced. We got a single scoop ice cream in a waffle cone, a brownie bear bowl with a scoop of ice cream and a brownie ice cream sandwich which cost us $23. The brownie bear bowl was good, the brownie was fresh and we got the bear batter ice cream which was tasty. The brownie ice cream sandwich was good also with the s'mores ice cream which was good but very sweet and the single scoop was the chocolate covered strawberry, which I thought was lacking strawberry flavor, but my daughter liked it. read more

Yum! We love the Baked Bear! We went Saturday afternoon to take a break from Christmas shopping and it was perfect! The cookies and brownies were fresh and the ice cream was so yummy! The cookies were so warm and soft making for the perfect ice-cream sandwich. I got the goey butter cookie with caramel pretzel fudge icecream topped with heath bar chunks!
