Grandson was hungry so we saw this location. We got the chicken strip dinner and summer bacon cheeseburger meal. The chicken strips and fry's were hot. The cookie that came with the meal was not really good. They don't look like the cookies that the bakery section sells. Almost taste like a boxed little Debbie cookie. The bacon cheeseburger was hot, cheese was melted and bacon crispy. The grandson wanted a fresh banana shake. This shake was so thin you thought you were drinking banana milk. Not the best. We came to this location last night after not going for a long while. We had a few bad experiences, but we love their ice cream so decided to try again. So glad we did. The staff was beyond friendly and polite. We ordered burgers, then all had sundaes. Everything was on point. Even though they were swamped we still got our food in a good amount of time. At 37 weeks pregnant, all I wanted was a banana split. While i patiently waited inside for it to be made, i was shocked when I saw not 1 but 2 employees touching the bananas with bare hands after touching computer screens, and god knows what else. When I said something about them not using gloves, they continued to make the banana split and said "well we're not required to use gloves"!!! Disappointing to say the least. I am not one to just put useless calories into my body that often. Well the other day I decided to splurge. I went through the drive thru to order a large fry and a sundae. Well I had to go back thru the drive thru because the fries were cold. Then when I got to the sundae I was brutally disappointed. What a waste of those precious calories. The hot chocolate wasn't hot and overall the ice cream wasn't the same quality that I am used to from Braums. While here I witnessed the staff discussing different affects there drug use has on there body after that a member of staff couldn't get the drink nozzle back on the dispenser and requested the help of another who was in the process of handling dirty dish rag and trash handle the nozzle and repaired it without washing her hands.!!!! The customer service is lousy, they will have you waiting forever to receive service or to be serviced or to receive your food, hope your not in a hurry cause it will be a while before you get it, here.
