Double chocolate chip are my go to everytime! Hot and fresh out the oven please! The cookies are rich but not over the top. They stay together with every bit not falling apart or crumbling. The parking is really non-existent.... I usually go with someone so I can jump out front, they circle the block and I'm out. There is a small 5 space lot beside the building, but I find it full every time. Workers have all been friendly and quick service, rarely a wait! Cookies are addictive be careful!!! Sunday night not a lot of places are open for my sweet tooth and I saw this up till 1am . What can I say cheesy I know a cookie ice cream I can make it at home but guys I was on a girls date and this was perfect chitchat and walking around looking at the view of the city. Yes, yes and yes! While I love another cookie spot, we were in the area and wanted to try Insomnia. I love that they have multiple cookies that are offered at all times and they have regular sized cookies that are hot and fresh. One in our group has decided that the snickerdoodle's were by far the best she ever had. We also got to try the apple pie and peach pie stuffed cookies. Also very tasty! There is very minimal staff but that didn't mean minimal service. Everyone was polite and helpful for our experience. Will definitely be back when in the area. read more

Awesome service. Only one employee that I could see was able to single-handedly managed five customers and two online orders with a smile. I was impressed. They are completely out of their 'jinger bread' products so don't go expecting to try it. () My wife got the loaded blondie brownie and she. is. pumped. Even though Tiff's treats cookie is closer to my work, I tried Insomnia cookies for the first time, and Tiff's treats will have to beg me to return to their business. I really appreciate Insomnia cookies let customers choose exactly which cookies they want -- that's not an option at TIFF's treats. Zero percent chance the order you paid for online days in advance will be ready at the promised time. I decided last weekend was a fluke... went in to pickup the simple order I had placed three days before and they were completely out of the sugar cookies and it was gonna be at least an hour wait... which I did not have because you know --schedules. I was granted a refund after emailing and decided I would try a cookie cake that is custom for this weekend thinking that that would be the way to make sure my order was ready ahead of time and it wouldn't get sold to someone else. It was supposed to be ready at 12:30 and when I went in at 12:45 giving them a little time it was still in the oven. You need to hire more people or train your people better. Fire modify the scheduling options. Change something please. read more

Cookies are small here and not the way to go alone. Cookie butter to dip in was sold out on our visit. Sandwich ice cream between two of them and I'm sure you're better off, though their scoop selection is limited. I do love their chocolate chunk brownie, so soft and chewy and melty, and twice the size of their paltry cookies. I do hate the feel of this place. It feels sterile like a hospital pharmacy or something. There is nothing warm or welcoming about it. No tables besides one small bar along one wall. I guess they want only takeout business. Not one bit family or group friendly. And nearby parking is non-existent. Crumbl is better. read more

We order a half dozen cookies and some milk. After receiving our order on the longer side of the wait time, we dug in. Dunking our semi warm cookies in yummy cold milk. After a couple of bites and one big milk chug we realized the yummy milk actually tasted quite funky. After further inspection we realized the milk was expired by 4 days and was indeed no longer yummy. Called the store and the did refund us $4 for the milk. However the entire cookie experience is all the way downhill due to the taste of rotting dairy in our mouths. read more

I would really give it a 0 star if I could. Really poor phone customer service. I called 6 times to see if they had a certain cookie my sister wanted and only chose to call because it's a pretty far drive. 4 times they picked up and immediately hung up on me, 2 times they picked up and it seemed like they just laid the phone on the counter because I could hear the background and them talking amongst eachother but when saying hello no response. I decided to go up there anyway to see if they had the s'mores cookie and while there waiting I chose to call for the 7th time and not only witnessed the worker picking the phone up and hanging up on me for the 5th time but one worker literally stared at the phone, shrug his shoulders and walked away and the 4 workers working completely ignored the phone ringing. read more

Not surprised, just disappointed. I went last night around 11pm and got a cookie butter bomb sundae ($8). The vibes were not it, you could tell they all didn't want to be there/didn't enjoy their job. Also didn't offer a spoon or napkins, the only person that was semi-friendly was the lady at the register. Per picture- cookie butter shouldn't be slapped on top of the ice cream. On top of that because it was on top the way my lid was put on made the ice cream drip all over the sides of the cup. and again...no napkins. Definitely wouldn't recommend going there for anything other than just the cookies. Waste of money at this point lol. read more

Insomnia Cookies outdoes themselves every time. Even on a rainy evening at midnight, they delivered cookies to us at a hotel in OKC on a last minute whim. I felt bad because they were closing in 45 mins, but they were so very kind and quick. They ran out of one of the types of cookies that we ordered, so they gave us extra of another! That alone deserves more than 5 stars. As always, the cookies were the butteriest, warmest, melt-in-your-mouth goodness I would gladly travel 2 hours for time and time again. They're that good, folks! They have an amazing selection which includes vegan and GF options, so check them out!! A cold glass of oat milk for me and i am in heaven. If they had a store in Tulsa, I would be here more than I am willing to admit on this review. For reals. Moral of the review... make the trip to OKC or stilly and get your insomnia cookie fix- you will not regret it one bit! read more

Some friends and I stopped in tonight for a little sweet treat. We had to wait outside in the cold for a bit due to the 5 person limit in the store. 3 people came out, so the three of us went in. We were promptly (and somewhat rudely) told to go back outside because only 5 people could be in at a time. I understand social distancing protocols, but there is a way to do it kindly. After inside, I still felt the service was curt and not welcoming. The cookies were good, but they were out of the peanut butter one I was craving. Instead I got chocolate chunk and white chocolate macadamia cookies filled with icing. It was a nice size, and I had enough to share with my husband. I have heard about Insomnia Cookies, and was anxious to give them a try, but based on my experience tonight, I won't be rushing back. read more

The place was packed for a Friday night. I patiently waited outside in line, once inside I looked over selections. They had a carrot cake cookie that I was excited to try. I ordered and was told it was a limited special. I wish the sign would have been taken down, has my taste buds all ready and everything. I quickly pivoted to the snickerdoodle and the double mint chocolate chip. I was told the chocolate taste like mouthwash with the mint but to my surprise it was great. Before COVID, things were so easy. I work very close by and loved getting their snickerdoodles! However I recently tried to stop by and buy a dozen cookies and it was too complicated. There was a sign on the door saying we couldn't go in and needed to order on the phone. Called 3 times and was on hold for longer than 10 minutes. Too much work for just buying some cookies. Other customers were standing outside trying to call as well but couldn't get through and was also frustrated. There were about 5 parties, including myself, who ended up leaving. I wish they would allow purchases to be made in store. I understand their lobby is closed but I wouldn't mind waiting outside. Wish it was more convenient. In the mean time I'll be at crumbl cookies trying their flavors. read more

Want to overpay for "baked from frozen" cookies and poor service? this is the place for you! OOH! And do you love gambling with cleanliness of your food? You're gonna love this place. It's run by children that look like adults and they are so unorganized and filthy. Today I saw dead bugs (yes, at least they were dead) along the floor by the interior wall. Needless to say, I didn't make a purchase and it didn't matter anyway because no one greeted me or asked if they could help me while I was inside. Employees leave all their trash, crates, and other non-food materials (cups, cookie boxes, etc.) in the hallway or alleyway outside their business, cluttering up the building for all the other business's patrons. National chain with zero management. Employees have zero respect for customers or anyone else. Pathetic really because when this location first opened, they were bomb! read more

The cookies are good! The double chocolate chunk one is my favorite so far. My little one loves the deluxe sprinkle with white chocolate, and my oldest son enjoyed his m&m. Sacha has so far eaten a mint chocolate chip and white chocolate macadamia nut and enjoyed them both. Really can't complain, these are delicious cookies. I still think Whole Foods brown butter chocolate chunk cookies are the best, but it's nice to have other options. Cashier service was just meh. She wasn't friendly or not friendly. We weren't offered our free cookie for national cookie day today either, and Sacha had to actually ask. I had forgotten. It is what it is, just keeping it real. Cookies are yummy though! read more

I've put off writing this review for a while... because thinking back on these hot and fresh cookies is just not great for my waistline. I loveeeee insomnia and always have great customer service when we stop in. I don't think I have had a bad cookie - 10/10 recommend all of the flavors... but the peanut butter chip is my all-time favorite. You can also order online ahead of time and pick up, or have them delivered - - the perfect late night work or study pick me up, when coffee just won't do the trick! read more

Cookies are good. Employees are not welcoming or very nice at all. The whole vibe inside is just.. weird and uncomfortable. These are seriously some of the best cookies ever! My work has them delivered all the time and they always arrive warm, gooey, fresh, and delicious! They have a wide variety of flavors and every single one of them is amazing. Another great thing about these cookies is that you can order them any time of the night! My friend had a chocolate chip cookie on one side and a Caramel chocolate chip cookie on the other stuffed with vanilla ice-cream. I wish they had other flavor ice-cream but sit satisfied our sweet tooth!

He mentioned that his wife, Ling, is the baker--and wow, does her talent speak for itself. I ordered the Dubai Pistachio Chocolate Mille Crepe, and my wife went with the Chocolate Mille Crepe. Both were absolutely phenomenal. Yes, the prices were a bit higher than I anticipated, but the quality, craftsmanship, and flavor easily justified every penny. If you're a dessert lover or simply want to treat yourself to something special, I highly recommend giving Ling's Cakery a try. A true gem in OKC!

I also bought a sugar cookie which my daughter loved, but I just couldn't get over paying $6 for the scone my husband and I didn't care for. Otherwise the other two items were good. No seating, so don't plan to hang around. They also don't have any coffee either at this location.

Funny enough, I tried to find a matcha cake for my birthday when I was in Dallas. Surprisingly I couldn't find any place with a matcha cake. Who knew little Oklahoma would have my cake. We bought our goods now the hard choice: do we eat in the car or wait to drive home? Hm we ate it in the car of course. The cloud cake was so magical and airy.
