Her website was not clear on how and when you "pick your pup". I had to ask the question three times and finally I pulled it out of her. Obviously she did not like answering the question (and/or explaining how it is done). Finally, her evasive answer was that you pick your pup via "email". I then simply stated that I could not understand how you can pick a pup via email... and "did she instead mean" ; Facebook, Skype, Snapchat, so that we could see the pups interact with each other, etc.... At that point, she said she was not comfortable being our breeder. This breeder appears to be in it for the money and lacks the love of dogs and interested in their placement. At best she lacks basic business/people skills. With this attitude, can you imagine her availability for answering questions after you bring your pup home. I recommend another breeder. PS..... the breeder responded on Yelp after she read my review and FALSELY SAID I my emails were hostile. This is ABSOLUTLEY NOT TRUE..... I have the emails to prove it. She did not like having to answer questions about her "pick a pup procedure".... first evaded answering (in two emails) .... then (in a third email request) she give an answer that said..... "you pick your pup in an email ..... and that she was not comfortable being my breeder". NO ONE PICKS A PUP VIA EMAIL.... AT MINIMUM, YOU DO IT VIA FACEBOOK, SKYPE, SNAPCHAT, ETC.

The day of I called to verify some things and one of the ladies I talked too thought I was one of her employees instead. she immediately started talking so I didn't get a chance to correct her and I let her speak, I don't interrupt. she continues on to talk about ME and my situation TO ME. While doing so, she told me that were coming to get my animals today and that they were going to a foster, but not to tell me that when they came because they told me they had a family and they just want to get my animals from me, once they do that they were going to just block me. When I finally said, okay hey look you're talking to COLTEN. The guy that owns those dogs. She hung up. I called the owner or supervisor whatever she was, and explained what had happened. She tried to tell me that's not how they operate and yada yada but then I never heard anything back from them. I'm not sure why they have such good ratings. They might have some situations they help and good for them. But if you want to KNOW where your dog goes because you love and care, stay away. If you don't want to be lied to, and made believe your animals has a family already when they don't (which was the only reason I could go through with it). Don't go here.

We were able to come see the puppies multiple times and they were very patient with us while we made our decision.
