Ordered a Nutella Mocha iced coffee and it was just ok. It didn't taste like Nutella or mocha at all, just tasted like plain coffee. Didn't try the bagels but they looked great!

we were walking through downtown looking for somewhere cute to grab a coffee and some breakfast and decided to stop in! i loved the outdoor tables and umbrellas and was drawn in!! we got a black coffee, iced caramel coffee with oat milk and 2 bagels! i love that you can create any bagel sandwich you want and they have SOO many options! i grabbed an everything bagel with avocado, tomatoes and red onions. my friend got a cream cheese everything bagel. service was super quick and the staff are so friendly!! we really enjoyed it and would absolutely recommend everyone to stop in!

The service here was unbelievably terrible for any establishment but particularly for Chatham. And the food was very mediocre.

It's more than a coffee shop though, they have basic dry goods, snacks, and sandwich bar. The service is just ok. The servers are working hard, but not so friendly. I know weekends especially bring a big wave of customers and it's a lot to keep up with. The coffee is ok, not great. Both times I got an iced flat white (ice latte with less milk) and the ratio was great. The only difference between the small and large iced latte is more milk, not more espresso. Baked good look very good, breakfast sandwich is just ok. Very simple, premade, warm English muffin with egg, cheese, and sausage/bacon. They were out of two different breads at 1:30 p.m. I ordered a sandwich on toasted bread. It came on untoasted, soggy bread. A simple request ... I even pointed out another sandwich when ordering 'just like that'. The cold cuts were nothing special. Cut a little too thick ... real good delis slice thin and pile on the bread. This was 3 thicker pieces of meat ... bland. No spices. The guacamole was an absolute joke. It was literally a green stain on the bread. It wasn't guacamole. It was literally like green paint. I've never seen anything like this before. I have had sandwiches with a thicker layer of mustard than this 'guacamole'. The bacon was a little rubbery and not crisp. Tasted like pre-packaged bacon. The bread was bland ... cold cuts were bland ... the only part of the sandwich which had flavour was the very spicy mayo. If you don't like hot things ... be prepared. It had a very hot pepper taste. I was surprised as that's not how the sandwich was described on the board. The store itself was staffed with tons of college kids. Attention to detail/perfection was not their forte. Nor was friendliness. The bar in the back was unstaffed i asked how to get a drink and they said you could order one. Tough to do with no bartender. I will skip this place if back in Harwichport.
