I came with my fam and for the adults it's $30 a person and for kids it's $20 for all day putting. It includes your golf club rental and a ball. You can also have the option of opting out of the cost if you just want to watch and in my case, I was just going help my kiddo and observe. We wanted to have lunch first and the food is actually pretty good! I actually got the burger in a wrap which made it feel healthier yet still savory & delicious! There is also a shaded playground, foosball and ping pong tables. There are 2 mini golf courses to choose from, black (easier and flatter) and red (harder and hillier with obstacles). It's designed like a classic putting course without the cutest obstacles. So for younger kids, they may not find it as engaging unless they are really into putting. The last time I played putt-putt was probably when I was a kid, but once we got started, I was hooked. It was so much fun! I also loved that it's indoors and nicely air-conditioned, which is a huge plus in Arizona. The venue itself is really cool, with a great bar area downstairs and another bar upstairs. And I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Nick, the bartender upstairs. He was genuinely one of the best bartenders I can remember having in years. He was incredibly personable, friendly, and fun. I'm pretty introverted, but somehow Nick had me talking, laughing, and excited to try cocktails I normally wouldn't order. He was basically the life of our entire group, and everyone absolutely loved him. I'm still wondering why they stuck him upstairs because he was such a huge part of what made our experience so great! I asked the bartender if he could make it with vodka instead. He told me he couldn't substitute the gin because they have to inventory their alcohol. Strange - but OK. I asked if they are a full bar and he said yes. I then asked if he could make me a vodka soda with simple syrup, cucumber, and mint. His response was that he couldn't make it because there was no way for him to charge me for the extra ingredients. This is where I was honestly baffled. I wasn't asking for anything complicated or unreasonable. I'm not sure if the bartender was complying with policy or just didn't want to make a custom drink, but it's a full bar. The bartender could have offered an alternative but instead I was told it couldn't be done. The interaction was really disappointing. The mini golf itself was OK, the sensors didn't track 3 of our putts. We were told to report to one course to start but then got asked to start at another course. We were given balls with no explanation of how their sensor system works, so our first hole was a mess. We later saw other people checking in and getting the full run down on all the rules and nuances so we definitely missed out on the welcome factor. This was supposed to be a child-free date night, and being unable to enjoy a cocktail we actually wanted really put a damper on the experience. Could we have ordered something else? Totally. But the interaction with the bartender just made us not want to order anything. I would hope a full-service bar to could have some flexibility and, frankly, a little creativity. Che greeted us and attended to us. His professionalism, friendliness, and hospitality were truly off-the-charts levels of amazing! He gave us details about the course, the 3D effects (TRULY impressive), the "hidden name" scavenger hunt, and some details about the establishment. I was very appreciative of his sanitizing each set of 3D glasses, golf club, and golf ball before giving them to his customers. That small touch goes a LONG way! I was also very impressed with the web-based scorekeeping system for both the game and name scavenger hunt. The course itself is extremely well-done, with a lot of unique obstacles and challenges. It is a lot of fun to play. When we were done, and returned our glasses, golf clubs, and golf balls, and were headed toward the exit. Che called out to us, and asked if we wanted to have another round, free of charge. This is INCREDIBLY generous, and we eagerly and gratefully accepted because we weren't able to find half of the hidden names. We found a few more names on the second round, and returned our gear again. Che said, "One more thing before you go", and gave us $1 worth of quarters to play a round of air hockey. This incredibly kind gesture was hugely appreciated, and meant a huge amount to us. We had a blast playing air hockey, and left feeling hugely uplifted and happy from Che's unparalleled and over-the-top customer care. You can start off on the practice putting green, and then there are 18 putting greens to play on. Each green is a two putt par. Apparently, you can compete with others who play there for prizes. You get a score for par as well as a much larger score for a single putt. My friend and I just scored our exact putts... but no matter which way you play it you'll have a blast! To top it off, they have a bar and food. Sean, the bartender, was absolutely outstanding. He recommended one of his cocktails, the blueberry lemon drop, and it did not disappoint! Reading it I had no desire to try it, and he convinced me how good it was... I ended up having two! Additionally, we got the nachos. I cannot recommend these enough. I am a real nacho snob and these had the best chips and a lot of great toppings. I will definitely go back and get those again.

I had very limited free time on this trip and wanted to budget it well with my family. I was informed on the phone that, yes, both coasters were operating and that they had low wait times (2-4 minutes). When I arrived, around 30 minutes later, I was informed that the coasters would not be open for another four hours and that the park does not open till 5 PM. I had been lied to on the phone, and when I met the person I spoke to on the phone, she had a very dismissive attitude and lied to me saying that she had informed me that they wouldn't open till later. I believe she was only doing this to save herself as her boss was there. What's worse is that the website did not post the operating hours of opening at 5 PM, and neither did the Apple Maps/Google Maps operating hours of the business. It said that it opened at 10 AM everywhere, including on the phone. I wish I could've experienced the park because the coasters actually looks very enjoyable, but with the horrible customer service that I received, I have no intention of returning.

My issue is not with the golf course--it's with the overall experience and management. I'm currently on a cross-country golf trip, play 3-4 times a week, and have had the opportunity to play many highly regarded courses, including other TPC and PGA-level facilities. Based on those experiences, I expected a similar standard here. During our round, my playing partner and I were approached on two separate occasions by employees who accused us of not checking in or paying for our tee times. Between two tee times and merchandise, I spent approximately $1,300 at the facility, yet I still had to produce my receipt twice to prove that we had paid. Once could be a misunderstanding. Being questioned twice points to a breakdown in communication and made us feel as though we were being treated like we had done something wrong. The biggest disappointment, however, was the pace of play. It was easily one of the worst pace-of-play experiences I've had at a course of this caliber. There appeared to be little to no enforcement on the course. I have experienced significantly better pace management at municipal courses charging a fraction of the price. When a facility carries the TPC name and charges premium rates, golfers should reasonably expect a premium level of service, organization, and course management. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. For comparison, our experience at We-Ko-Pa was considerably better from an overall service and golf-experience standpoint. The course itself has plenty going for it, but management and customer service need improvement. At this price point and reputation level, the overall experience should be much better.
