NOT YOUR TYPICAL SALVAGE!…read more As soon as I hear the word salvage, I think of little junk stores for men. Although, men like to frequent this store, I was surprised to find many items of interest such as cleaning supplies, beautiful cabinets and double sinks for the bath, flooring, mattresses, tools, pet supplies and endless merchandise. It is a great store for browsing and just finding odds and ends that you didn't know you needed! The men here are very nice and welcoming so don't feel awkward if you are a lady who wants to have a look around. They really don't care and are available to answer any questions you may have. Just remember that all sales are final BUT they do allow exchanges within four days of purchase. As you enter the front door and look to your left, you will see tons of silk flowers and silk floral arrangements. They offer custom services for any type of arrangements you desire. Strange but true. They had to get a woman's touch in somewhere!

After the purchase They indicated to allow 3-4 weeks for processing. After about a month has passed and I hadn't received a tracking number only a receipt, I reached out to the company to get an update, of course my calls went unanswered but a week later a representative from the sales team sent me an email with a tracking number and looped in Elizabeth, I'm guessing she is a manager, to express that I'm looking for an update on my furniture and an ETA. Did Elizabeth reply, NO of course not. It's has been 3 months and I still do not have any furniture or a refund. They are scammers! I'm warning everyone who want to shop at Dream home not to do so because they are a Nightmare. Just take my advice and think twice.

They are very professional, detail oriented, and responsive. We purchased a living room set (two couches), coffee table, and most recently, a recliner from DHI. We were able to choose the fabric and style for our couches. I chose a vanilla upholstery, dark wood, and dark studs. They turned out beautiful and exactly what I wanted! We've had them for almost a year now and are still very pleased with them. They look stylish and expensive, yet were actually very affordable. The table also looks expensive, stylish and not to mention heavy duty, but again, was very affordable. The recliner is my husband's favorite piece in our living room. We originally purchased a custom made electric recliner with blue velvet fabric, dark wood, and dark studs to match our couches. Although the chair was lovely, we weren't satisfied with the overall quality. We called and let them know we would be happy to pay more to swap for a better quality chair. They were very apologetic, even though they weren't at fault and was more than willing to help. George personally assisted us on the exchange and helped us pick out the new recliner. They let us keep the blue recliner until our new one arrived. The delivery team is polite, respectful, and on time. They delivered our items with great care. They have a wide selection of living room sets, bedroom sets, dining, patio, and so much more. If you see an item online that's not in the show room, you can ask for it to be delivered to their store to see in person. They truly value great customer service and it really shows!

This story starts about nine years ago when I bought a wicker outdoor furniture set from Casual…read moreLiving at the Mall of Georgia. It has been living its best life in my sunroom ever since. That couch has seen more naps than I care to admit. Afternoon sun comes in, warms the room just right, and suddenly I am fighting for my life to stay awake. Spoiler alert, I never win. Fast forward to recently when my very large uncle decided to take a seat. I will not name names to protect the guilty, but let's just say physics entered the chat. The support straps underneath finally gave up after nearly a decade of loyal service and down he went. No injuries, just a bruised ego and a very offended couch. I did what any reasonable person would do and spent way too much time searching the internet for replacement straps or someone who could fix it. Nothing. Dead ends everywhere. Then it hit me. Why not go back to where it all started? So I walked into Casual Living not expecting much, but hoping for a miracle. After a bit of digging on the computer, an employee looked up and said they might have something in the back. She disappeared like she was on a mission. While she was gone, I wandered the showroom and immediately got myself into financial danger. The place is basically an outdoor paradise. Beautiful patio setups, grills that make you want to host a cookout immediately, and enough inspiration to convince you that your backyard should be featured in a magazine. A few minutes later she reappears, casually holding the exact replacement frame like she just pulled Excalibur from the stone. I did not even hesitate. Take my money. They rang me up and I also found a side table that sparked a little inspiration for how I want to set up the space. That inspiration followed me home and led to me ordering a beautiful Robert Louis Tiffany lamp separately to complete the vision. In a world where customer service can feel like a lost art, this place absolutely delivers. They did not just sell me furniture. They saved my favorite nap spot and gave me ideas that turned into a full sunroom glow up. Highly recommend if you appreciate great service, beautiful pieces, and the occasional heroic rescue of a well loved couch.
