I bought this bed from Kids Rooms to Go and the bed broke in less than a year. First the trundle…read morebroke because they used the wrong size screws to put it together. We had one hot wheel toy in the trundle. So it was not the weight. We pulled the trundle out by the handle so it was not the way we pulled it out. The trundle broke in less than a month of having the bed. I paid around $1000 for the set including the warranty which was a joke. Months later, the bed broke. My kid is 40 pounds, concluding the bed is made of cheap material. Rooms to Go deceived me in thinking this bed was sturdy and reliable which it was not the case. The warranty company was worthless. It took months for them to even view the bed. The inspector that came even said it was cheap quality and most likely a manufacturer fault. Once the inspector left, the warranty company did not call back for weeks. I had to call them to see what the delay was. They denied the claim. Thus changing what the inspector told us. I bounced back and forth between the company and the warranty company Because they were both tell me different things. This has been an awful experience for myself and my family. The bed had a three year warranty in which they still refused to fix or provide a refund. Currently looking to take legal action. If anyone else had similar issues, please reply to this post. I will never buy anything from Kids Rooms to Go again. I would advise anyone reading this to go to Havertys or Ashley's.

The owner of Dapper B went out of her way to hunt down this stroller in the color I wanted AND delivered it to my family's home in Atlanta. I was only in town for a week so we were pressed for time. Apparently she found one in New York and had a it expressed delivered to Atlanta with no extra charge to me. She told me that if the stroller didn't arrive in time, she'd ship it to hawaii for free (shipping to hawaii would have been about $100). The stroller arrived just in time for my travels and it all worked out great. The owners of Dapper B were so sweet, helpful and thoughtful. I had a great experience and I give them a 5 star review. I'll be a returning customer and I highly recommend. Plus her shop is so cute!! They also had a great play area for my little one, while I shopped around.
