Recently, the manager said that my car battery (on a new car) failed the battery test! Luckily I have a battery test and did not fall for his lie. My battery tested perfectly! I attached the video of the test below that my husband did the same day. Also, when checking my dash cam, the footage shows that they never tested the battery!!! Scam artists saw a little bit of rust and lied about the test. On another occasion they said they rotated the tires but they never did. My husband has had similar issues with them lying about services needed. Corporate needs to get involved to see the unethical behavior from this location!
