However,there was a promo code I was able to apply for a slight savings AND well considering the state of panic I was in at the time, it was worth it. He clearly said yes, so I assumed the discount would automatically be applied during billing. After waiting for the service to be completed, I noticed at the payment counter that the full amount had been charged. When I asked about the discount, the lady at the counter told me I was supposed to physically show the coupon. I explained that I had already confirmed the discount eligibility with their staff member and assumed it had been factored into the pricing. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, they immediately shifted the blame onto me. The workshop employee was called over and conveniently changed his statement, claiming he had told me to show the coupon at the counter -- which was simply not true. The issue was never about the $10. It was about honesty, accountability, and customer service. A customer-friendly business would have either honored the discount or at least offered a future credit as a goodwill gesture. Instead, they seemed more interested in saving every possible penny while making the customer feel at fault. I started at Ray & Dana's Inman Auto Care. He offered a free estimate. He sent a very comprehensive list of things that needed to be done on my car. I was very impressed with the meticulous detail and the photographs to show why I they were suggesting the fix. This report made me feel that this was an honest shop. And made me feel confortable enough to trust. It turned out that all rotors needed to be changed. I paid a bit more than what the dealer quoted but got both front and rear brakes overhauled and new brake fluids and wheels rotated and balanced. But most of all I got a clear understanding of why it had to be done and the feeling that they were trustworthy. Their customer service was excellent! I live a mile away and needed to be home for telework so he had someone drive me home and then pick me up to get the car. That was awesome and I really appreciated it. Also I called several times with questions and concerns. They politely answered all my questions. I asked them to align the wheels. They checked the alignment and told me it was not necessary. This sealed the deal. I trust this shop and will have them work on my car again.

They pumped up my tires, did other vehicle checks, and showed me that the oil level was full via the oil stick. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. With the coupon, I ended up paying $73. I was asked if I wanted to check my fuel lines as they haven't been cleaned for over 12 months- a $99 addition. I politely rejected, but may be coming back for this, as the attendant said it extends vehicle life. They were so polite and helpful. Definitely will be returning to this spot. Thank you! PS. This is the most faulty repair shop I've ever dealt with and they are adamant that they did everything new. I have pictures to prove it and eventually will be a law suite and then do that is bogus cheap job and lie about it. they just used patch brokwn parts to get me in and out of their repair shop and build me for all new parts . horrible deeming court case and I will get them off the AAA approved list because they are not AAA certified dealership to do this I would highly stay away from this location and he also has another location and they state of positive they're doing is patching work so you come back and they keep billing you and billing you. They're using an old parts, broken parts and causing more problems with other parts of the car.
