He advised me that there were severe hard water spots on the entire passenger side and hood of the vehicle. Nick recommended I take it back to the dealer to have the issue resolved. I returned the car to the dealer who kept it for a week. When I got the car back, the water spotting was removed and I took it back to Genesis Detailing to have the coating applied. Had they not been so detailed in the process and recognized the issue, the spotting could've been a problem after the process was completed.
