I had the opportunity to deal with this business for the first time on 2/2/19 as my SUV was staled in my driveway close to the edge. I waited 4 hours due to the previous weather conditions. I give this company 1 star only because when I called Kelly she was polite and understanding every time I called to see where I was in line of service. She finally called me to say the service guy would be there in 15 minutes. I received a call about 20 minutes later from gentlemen to say they were cancelling the service because there tow truck was unable to come down my street. I requested of the caller that his driver should come on the opposite side of the street because that's where my home and car was located. He told me to call back when the weather got better he couldn't have his man stuck on my street and hung up the phone. I rushed outside to see that the driver was on the opposite end of my street. Without a coat in Buffalo's weather, I ran all the way down the street and basically pleaded with this guy to try to get to my house from the opposite end of the street, and he agreed. However, I could tell this man was fatigue and had very little patience to get my car towed. After he connected my vehicle to his flatbed, he pulled my car so close to the snow bank, he was afraid to move it further because of damage. He just left my vehicle and stated he was unable to tow me and he had other appointments. My car is now out of my driveway protruding in the streets and felt that was okay to leave my car like that and leave after I waited 4 hours. My neighbor ran across the street and offered to remove the snow so that there was no damage. It took my neighbor under 5 minutes to do so and he still left. I CALLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY WHO I HAVE BEEN WITH FOR OVER 30 YEARS TO ALERT THEM OF THE KIND OF SERVICE THIS COMPANY OFFERS - THERE WERE EVEN NO APOLOGIES!!!! Had it not been for Kelly, this company would have received 0 stars from me because their service was very very poor. The good thing about how horrible they made my day was I was able to get another tow company to come within 45 minutes and was able to get down my street with NO problems and was able to quickly connect my vehicle and get it to the dealer. It was that company that saved the day. Poor customer service. Change your name you have proven you are NOT a rescue team!!!!!!!! read more
