I then returned to the Dick's app to chat with their AI assistant. I inquired about my order and when it would be ready for pickup, and the AI indicated that it would be ready within two hours. By 7 PM, I still had not received any updates, so I decided to call the store. When I spoke to a Dick's employee about my order, they were unable to locate it and went to fetch their manager, Averie. Upon speaking with Averie, I provided her with my order number and mentioned that I had not received any text messages, inquiring about the status of my order. She informed me that she had not received my order. I asked her why, given that I placed my order online at 3 PM. She patiently listened and requested a few minutes to contact their tech support to determine why my order had not been received. Less than 10 minutes later, Avery called me back to inform me that their system was down, causing delays in processing online orders. She mentioned that I could expect an email by 10 PM notifying me when my order was ready. I agreed to wait. The next day, I called again around 1 PM, and fortunately, Averie answered the call. I informed her that I had not received the email. She asked if she could call me back while she contacted headquarters to find out why my order had not been processed. I was grateful that she was able to handle this herself, as I wouldn't have known where to start. I also appreciated Averie's assistance during my calls; receiving answers from a human is much more reassuring than an automated AI response. Ultimately, I was able to visit the store on Sunday and purchase the bicycle.

All of my…read morebras in the past typically come from Lane Bryant so if you're on the busty side (as I am) definitely check out the selection here; they carry a lot of larger sizes that most stores won't. I was assisted by Lindsey. She not only was very friendly but super helpful. After getting my measurements, she pulled a few bras for me to try. It turned out that I was between sizes and she kept having to find others for me to try but did so cheerfully even though she kept having to run back and forth. She was more than happy to see the fit of each one after I tried them on and offer her advice/opinions. It was a successful trip and I found 2 bras that worked for me. I typically don't shop for clothes here (I find them to be a little on the expensive side) but definitely the place to come for undergarment needs.

I love all the sales that they do have and every sale item is marked properly. Unlike some stores where their self checkout is not useable a lot of the time this has never been a problem for this location. They offer hot foods as well with their chicken wings "bar" and some finger foods thrown in like mozzarella sticks. The parking lot leaves a lot to be desired but it's not too bad. Their produce section is a little wilted sometimes but that can be expected. The location is right for me as well the prices so I'll continue to make my way here weekly!
